A modern, spacious and well equipped apartment in a small, self-contained complex with swimming pool. The apartment complex is in a superb location and just a 3 minute walk to the sea front where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is ideally situated for golfers with several golf courses nearby, 3 of which are within a 10 minute drive.
The air conditioned apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom and a further shower room. There is a large, open plan living/dining area and a separate well equipped kitchen. The apartment is newly furnished and has been decorated and equipped to a high standard. The living area opens onto a private balcony which benefits from views of the pool area and garden, whilst affording a good degree of privacy due to its first floor location.
There is allocated underground car parking and a lift.
We have 2 very friendly English speaking agents in resort who will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

Lovely apartment in Cabanas

We had a great time in Chris's apartment. Fab location just a couple minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars in Cabanas. Really quiet apartment and lovely pool. Full kitchen to cook in if you wanted. Great wifi for the kids so we were all really happy. Would definitely recommend for a fab family holiday.

Fantastic location , amazingly clean apartment

From the welcome by the host Dina to our departure everything was wonderful. The apartment had everything you could wish for . If your arriving late I highly recommend the welcome pack . Will definitely be back soon

Super accommodation, great situation!

We loved our stay in this peaceful and secluded accommodation. The apartment is very clean and well appointed and had everything we needed. The balcony is a great size with a good-sized table and sun umbrella which meant we could eat there even in the middle of the day when the sun was at its hottest. The air-con was very efficient and kept us comfortable. We found the beds rather firm for us - otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Fabulous modern apartment good location for shopping and eating out home from home

The apartment had everything you would need for your holiday. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cleaning laundry etc. It was home from home very comfortable met by Dina who was very helpful with any information we asked about. Good communication with Chris who owns the apartment. It is our first time in Cabanas and enjoyed our holiday. Would certainly use this apartment again.

The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable, good location. Unfortunalty, construction has started in the back and we were unable to enjoy the balcony due to the extreme noise and dust.

As good as advertised

The overall process was seamless with quick response times to emails etc. The apartment was exactly as advertised - high level of cleanliness with everything you require for a relaxing holiday. We were met on arrival by Dina who was most helpful. The complex is suited to those looking for quiet relaxation (we were!)& I would happily return. The only item to note is the lack of mattresses on the sun beds - we learnt at the end of holiday that these had been removed during Covid- suggest each apt.keeps its own mattresses? All in all, a great 10 days in Cabanas.. Thanks & regards, Una & Jo

The stay went well, but I would like to note that the TV does not work well, because every time we turned on the channels blocked and did not allow its proper use, but trying to access with my personal network. Also regarding the pool, there were not many sun loungers available and as they had no mattress for use they became uncomfortable after a short time.

Pas de mauvaises surprises sur place, l'appartement était d'une propreté exceptionnelle. En revanche, méfience quant au prix final de la location, - la somme affichée en euros s'est transformée, lors du paiement, mêmes chiffres en livres, donc in fine avons payé plus cher par apport à l'annonce!

Relaxing holiday

The apartment, situated in a small fishing village, is very good equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, airco in all the rooms, excellent connection WiFi. On walking distance from a supermarket. Close to the sea-front where it is lovely to walk, and where you will find many restaurants. Only disadvantage is that you have to walk about 15 minutes to reach the ferry to the beach

Superbe appartement, très belle résidence

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans cet appartement spacieux (les chambres sont grandes et disposent chacune de leur salle de bain ce qui est un véritable plus avec des ados) , très joliment décoré, design et son agréable terrasse. La résidence est très calme, idéalement située à Cabanas. Nous avons profité de la piscine (très bien entretenu), et de la salle de fitness. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation.

Immaculate and comfortable condo in Algarve

The condo is extremely well appointed and immaculately clean. The south facing bakcony soaks up the sun from early morning to mid afternoon in November and keeps the condo warm as well. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the surrounding distractions. Five minutes walk to the boardwalk on the water and a large choice of restaurants and small shops. Tavira is 10 minutes away by car as are many beaches on the ocean. Cabanas is well run and well maintained. We would have liked 2 sets of keys as there were two couples sharing and a second set of towels would have been nice, otherwise everything was A-1

Superbe résidence et super vacances

Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines dans cet appartement. La residence est très bien, très bien entretenue (ménage des transats tous les soirs par exemple), la piscine est très propre , c'est vraiment un plus d'avoir une piscine. L'appartement correspond complètement aux photos, il est très agréable et spacieux, bien équipé et bien décoré Le village de Cabanas est très agréable car tout en étant animé , ce n'est pas l'usine à touristes comme certaines villes de l'Algarve , la promenade le long du bras de mer et le port sont agréables, il y a pas mal de petits restaurants sympas. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos 2 semaines , à recommander sans hésitation

Excellent apartment

We we're very happy with this apartment. It was very clean in fact the whole complex was very well looked after. Pool was great and clean. Only down side was that the agent didn't get back to us about the allocated underground car parking.

Heerlijk appartement in Cabanas

We hebben een 2-tal weken doorgebracht in Cabanas en hadden een heerlijk appartement gehuurd. Ontvangst bij het appartement was correct en volgens afspraak. Een heerlijk appartement met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Tevens een goed onderhouden tuin en zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen. Zowel in het appartementencomplex als in Cabanas hoofdzakelijk Engelse vakantiegangers. Om de champions league finale te kijken eenmalig de tv aangezet en het bleek dat alleen maar de Engelse zenders te bekijken waren. Jammer maar we kwamen uiteindelijk niet voor de voetbal!. Ligging van het appartement is vlakbij het begin van de wandelpromenade. Hier liggen vele leuke restaurants en verschillende kroegen. Ook een omgeving waar je goed kunt fietsen en dus ook fietsen gehuurd en hiermee een 2-tal dagdelen de omgeving verkend. In de omgeving vele soorten vogels gespot (o.a. gieren, ooievaars en flamingo's). Een bezoek aan het parque de Lazer is zeker aan te bevelen. Alles overziende een prima vakantie gehad en een aanbeveling waard.

Lovely restful trip to Cabanas

Lovely apartment, large, clean and well furnished. Great having two bedrooms and two bathrooms whilst holidaying with extended family. Cabanas is a beautiful village with plenty of restaurants to choose from, whilst Tavira is only a taxi ride away. Apartment is well placed, very near shops and only a few minutes from the promenade walkway. The whole booking process was easy, and Chris promptly replied to any of our questions regarding the property. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic vacations

We strongly recommend this apartment, optimal location in Cabanas Beach, we wer nicely welcomed, the place was very clean, it is fully equipped nothing was missing. The children particularly liked the pool ! We really enjoyed going to the nice and preserved Cabanas' beach only accessible by fisherman boat, the friendly atmosphere of the port, nice restaurants...
