Thank you so very much for sharing. We are thrilled that the home met your needs and sounds as if it exceeded expectations. We look forward to welcoming you back to our home again in the very near future.
Beautiful property! Fabulous view! Room for family to spread out with each bedroom having own bathroom; all the essentials and nicely equipped kitchen! Great fenced in area for our furry kids! Easy drive to Tweetsie and into Boone or Blowing Rock; would highly recommend and we will definitely rent again if coming to the area!!!
This was our third time staying at this home and we have loved it each time. The views from the deck are amazing! Everyone loves the pool table and watching TV in the basement. The home is beautiful and clean. We spend just as much time at the house as we do out sightseeing. It’s a great home to relax and enjoy vacation.

Many thanks for sharing your experiences. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the home as well as the surrounding area. It is our hope that a future revisit is in the works. Take care and safe travels!
We go to the Boone area 1-2 times/year and this house was the best place we have stayed. The views were beautiful, the house was the perfect size for our kids and my parents to join us, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Having snow while we were there made it that much better for us, and roads were scraped even in the development very quickly. The driveway was the hardest part of getting out. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions. We could not have been happier with our stay!
Setting was beautiful, easy access to Boone, Blowing Rock and Parkway. Comfortable home and youngest granddaughter fell in love with playing pool.

Beautiful view, BUT….
Great location and view. Driveway is treacherous. Key pad was for front door but driveway parking is mandatory so you had to go out and around to lock the house when going out. No access to closet in master bedroom for hanging items. Only one HVAC zone so basement/game room was freezing (and unusable) while the main floor was comfortable but upstairs bedrooms were too warm. The “wall” in front of the house had washed out and collapsed. It was covered with netting but unsightly. We had heavy rain for a day and a half from a Hurricane and we were watching the mud with concern that it would collapse. The exterior needs attention with what appears to be rot on the trim and dormers.

Hi Kathryn, thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. The owner of the home being in tune with what would enhance the rental experience is in the process of creating extra parking so as to lessen the anxiety anyone may possibly feel when navigating the driveway, thus the netting on the hill to lessen any erosion until ground cover can take root. In regards to the HVAC recording different temps in different areas or floors. We regret that you had any discomfort while there. Typically in multi story homes with one HVAC system, you can alleviate the issue of the lower floor being to cold by closing vents in that area. In doing so you increase the static pressure in the other areas thus helping to cool the upper areas due to heat rising. The system was checked post your departure and was found to be working optimally. We appreciate your business and stand ready to serve again on your next visit to the High Country.
House is clean and beautiful. Views from the deck are awesome. Grown kids love the pool table, dart board and TV area downstairs. Thanks for sharing your home. We enjoyed it just as much this year as we did last year.
This house is perfect for a mountain getaway. The view from the back porch is phenomenal. It's also not far from town of boone where there is tons of stuff to do. The driveway is pretty step bit it is the mountains. 100% would stay here again
This is an AMAZING property with INCREDIBLE views! Not for the faint of heart as it is at the top of a mountain and road/driveway are steep! House is GORGEOUS!!! Very well maintained. LOVED IT! I would like to see a discount for repeat renters as is done with other properties...we will return.
Beautiful property and views, ver much as advertised. The location is a bit remote, with lots of narrow and winding roads that some travelers would not want to drive at night. Still, excellent property that I would stay at again.
We had such a lovely stay for my birthday weekend! The rooms were all very clean and well decorated. Plenty of games and activities to keep everyone occupied. The hot tub was wonderful and so was the bath tub in the master suite! We enjoyed every second of our stay.
We had an amazing time at Mountain Tapestry! It is a beautiful location with breathtaking Mountain Views! It is a very welcoming home with very nice decor! We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub! Definitely will be added to our must return list! ***The Peele’s***
Beautiful property, very well maintained, with spectacular mountain views. The home is nicely laid out with a large rec room downstairs on the way out to the hot tub, and bedrooms upstairs with a daybed in the middle for lounging by the view. All the TVs were smart TVs and worked with mirroring from our devices. The property managers thought of everything, down to extra night lights and baby gear and a first aid kit - things you may not need, but it's nice to know they've been so thorough! Great attention to detail! Some reviews mention the driveway - it is very steep and scary if you arrive after dark, recommend driving just past the house, and turning around to approach it from the other direction which is easier to see.

Perfect girls getaway!
Me and four of my best friends went up for a girls weekend. The house was just as advertised, even better than the pictures show. It was clean and cozy.
Lots of positives:
*Great supplies for cooking in the kitchen
*Three levels gave us room to spread out, and the two porches both had a beautiful view
*Hot tub was large and clean
*Pool table was in really good condition, and the dart board was an added plus
*Three beds on top floor were really comfy
*Lots of bathroom space, and one large jacuzzi tub, I wished I had brought a bath bomb
*THE VIEW.
*Decor was modern and very cozy
*Clean! I run a hotel and brought all kinds of sanitizers and cleaners, and honestly did not feel the need to use almost any of them.
*Friendly service with my questions ahead of time, clear directions and FAQs to make our stay wonderful.
I would absolutely book this house again. One of the person in our girls group face timed their significant other to show them the house they would soon be renting as a family!
This is going to be an annual trip for us, and we all four agreed we would return to this home again for it. That is how much we loved it.
Just a really nice place. Very clean, amazing views, incredibly cozy inside and out, and the company was very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful home, breathtaking views, very clean and well organized!!
Beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in full fall colors right outside the upper deck. The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious, clean, and felt very private. Would highly recommend it to anyone needing time away from the rat race!
Lots of room, and great gathering spaces. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Seniors Citizens Beware!
This is a beautiful house. Absolutely the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The views were nice and I would have given 5 stars for those reasons. However, the driveway is atrocious! It runs at an odd angle so you cannot pull in coming up Cloud Nine Dr and backing in is hairy at best, especially in a drenching rain. The keypad is located at the front door so you have to climb a VERY steep hill to unlock the front door to enter the house. Every communication I received reminded me that there was no street parking but on our second day I found a small label above a coat rack that said we could load and unload from the street. A few simple things could have been communicated: 1. While I understand there is nothing that can be done to change the drive, a warning would have been nice. 2. While reminding against street parking, mention that loading and unloading is permitted from the street. 3. An additional keypad at the garage door is an absolute must. Every time you leave the house someone has to be dropped on the street level (and there are some very impatient neighbors) or you have to climb up the steep drive to open the door for everyone else.
Plenty of deck seating to enjoy the amazing views, great bed situation, nice seating and a great big dining table. Equal distance to Boone and Blowing Rock. Wish we had a longer stay!!

Marvelous Mountain Tapestry
Beautiful home with all the amenities needed for a marvelous relaxing vacation ... love the location, the view, (the view!) and all the special touches that made it feel like home. Carolina Cabin Rentals made everything easy. Location with close proximity to Parkway and Boone/Blowing Rock was great. Road up and driveway were very steep.
