Enter the main level with just a few steps from the parking area. A half bath and a laundry room are off the foyer entrance, and a few steps beyond is the great room. A two-story stone wood-burning fireplace and herringbone woodwork is on one side of the room, with a leather sectional couch in front of it. An HDTV in an entertainment hutch beside the fireplace. Behind the couch is a dining table with six chairs, and there's room for up to four more at the kitchen counter in high-backed stools. The kitchen has a lovely tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances.

The master suite on the main level has a King bed, a large walk in closet, double doors to the deck with the hot tub, and a large private bathroom with a tile and glass block shower and marble-topped double vanities.

Upstairs is a loft with a pool table and a cozy oversized chair, as well as two more bedroom suites. Each of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and its own private bathroom.

The deck around the main level wraps completely around the home, and is gated to allow peace of mind for young children and dogs to wander. The front section of the deck is covered and has an assortment of cushioned outdoor lounge furniture, a propane-powered firetable, as well as the huge hot tub. The back section of the deck, facing the beautiful mountain view, is uncovered and has a patio table & chairs for four as well as the gas grill.

Perfectly situated just 5 miles (20 minutes) from Main Street, Blowing Rock, and convenient to every High Country attraction, this beautifully decorated mountain home is sure to delight you in every way!


PLEASE NOTE:
This home is accessed by a steep gravel road. 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement
-This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
-Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
