Part of the home is reserved for owner use only so you'll notice some areas are locked off and not accessible to guests. We love skiing at nearby Appalachian Ski Mountain and Sugar Mountain ski resorts and being so close to both downtown Boone and Blowing Rock. We are licensed realtors serving the High Country area, as well as the Asheville market. We love coming to the mountains as much as we can and sharing our family home with guests when we can't. We hope you'll love the beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the deck as much as we do.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, nestled in a mountain top community with breathtaking views - all just 10 minutes from downtown. Please note this property does not have air conditioning, however it is situated at elevation of 3700 feet with plenty of cool mountain breezes, especially if you leave the windows open at night. There are also ceiling fans and box fans.
