Better than the Pictures

This place looks smaller in the photos than it is in person. We enjoyed our stay: skiing at June mountain, eating across the street at Tiger Bar, and relaxing in our place above Rainbow Realty. It was a good size for a family of four. Our kids really liked the loft space.

Convenient check in and check out. Property owner/manager was responsive. The unit was a bit dated and so many random dressers collected over time. There were plenty of towels, but not any bedsheets for the futon or pull out beds.

Me and two 17 year old boys. Right across the street from Ernie’s rentals and two restaurants.Clean. Warm. Third bed is a rollout bed…not really big enough for my 6’3”son, but he managed.Wished there would have been a Kurtis and some k cups.

Cool little place

Great location. Small for just a few people, but roomier than photos show. Mostly all electric so be careful in winter or windy tires of year. SCE shut down power to part of the area that affected this unit for over 24 hours. We eventually had to move as it was to cold to stay with no way to heat, or cook etc... Property management did a great with helping us to move.

I wish I had better things to say!

The location of this unit is amazing - right on the main drag in June. But...very limited hot water, broken furniture (kitchen chair), for some reason just two rolls of toilet paper, absolutely no 'stocked' items (pantry items), super limited dinner plates (like 5 total?), super dirty sponge for doing dishes, broken kitchen faucet. Nothing homey or cute about the unit - all of the personality of a Motel 6 unit.

The property is not well maintained. The paint is peeling inside and out. The air conditioner is inadequate since it only cools half the apartment and not even that half very well. Bring everything you may need for cooking. There wasn’t even salt and pepper in the cupboard let alone coffee.

My family and I had a great time this past weekend. My wife, two children and I enjoyed the great location in town and also the quick drive to the slopes. It was nice to have the kitchen available for a quick meal or the option to walk across the street to a restaurant. Parking was also available in the driveway which was a plus. We would stay here again on our next trip to June Lake. My kids also enjoyed the loft to hangout in. Thank you for a nice stay and weekend.

Convenient with Beautiful Views

The location of this property was perfect - everything was walkable and the views of the mountains and lake were gorgeous! Check in and out process was very easy, and the few questions I had for the friendly staff were answered promptly. The space was much larger than the pictures made it seem, so it was perfect for the extended weekend stay! It had everything we needed and was a very quiet evening location.
