Beautiful living room, fully equipped kitchen open to dining area and living room (LED widescreen TV, DVD Blu-Ray). On the floor, 2 rooms. 1 room with bed 160 and 1 room with 2 beds 90. Shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC. Privative courses 40m2 (Table 6 chairs, deckchair, deck chair, bench, umbrella, electric barbecue). Bike path in front of the property to the beach to the west, village and shops to the east.

Toller Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes und bei Ankunft sehr sauberes Haus mit allem, was benötigt wird. Für Kaffee gibt es sowohl eine Maschine für Filterkaffee als auch eine Nespresso-Maschine. Für alle Räume stehen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Sehr gut auch die Praxis, dass bei der Abreise wirklich alles wieder mitzunehmen ist, sodass die nächsten Gäste beim Öffnen der Schränke nicht auf angebrochene Öl- und Essigflaschen oder Gewürze stoßen. Die bezaubernde Gastgeberin hilft mit Rat und Tat und gibt wertvolle Tipps. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der nicht wirklich einladende, mit Sichtschutzwänden eingezäunte Außenbereich (kein Garten) - doch die wundervolle Umgebung lässt darüber leicht hinwegsehen. Fazit: Es lohnt sich!

charme et confort

une maison en pierre très bien rénovée, où rien ne manque au niveau équipement. Très bien située, proche des commerces et des différents centres d'intérêts. Un excellent accueil de la propriétaire qui a mis tout en oeuvre pour rendre notre séjour agréable. A recommander.

Ruhe und schöne Strände

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Haus von Isabelle Romain. Bei der Ankunft wurden sehr freundlich von ihr empfangen. Frau Romain hat uns jederzeit bei Fragen und Anliegen geholfen. Sie hat uns einige Tipps bei typischen Restaurants gemacht und hatte für alles eine Lösung. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und für die Selbstverpflegung war soweit alles vorhanden. Beim Außenbereich, müssen wir jedoch anmerken, dass beim Aufenthalt der Blick in die Weite durch die Bauweise stark eingeschränkt war. Danke für alles.

L’hote Fort charmante et attentionnée . L’endroit très bien bien situé et équipé

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Tout fut parfait de l'accueil aux équipements. La localisation est assez près de la plage et des commerces sans en avoir les nuisances.

Un marco incomparable con una muy buena atención.

La casa está bien equipada, tiene de todo un poco; acogedora, en una zona tranquila y a la vez bien comunicada. Se puede ir a la playa caminando ya que está muy cerca de la misma. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos, siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda que surga durante la estancia. Volvería a repetir sin dudarlo.

Wieder einmal ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Dolus!!!

Das Haus ist einfach toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es wird sich von Seiten der Vermieter sehr um einen gekümmert. Das Haus liegt etwas am Stadtrand, nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strand. Einfach toll, nur zu empfehlen!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Séjour à Dolus (Gite l'Ecurie)

Gite très bien équipé (cuisine notament). Décoration de bon goût, propreté impeccable. Séjour agréable pour une famille avec 2 adolescents. Le gite au pied d'une piste cyclable permet des départs faciles en vélos. Stationnement de la voiture à la porte d'entrée et à l'ombre. Nous renouvelerons notre séjour sans hésiter.

Superbe gîte confortable à 2 pas des plus belles plages de l île!

Un grand merci à Isabelle et Philippe pour leur accueil chaleureux et discret. Un gîte refait avec des materiaux nobles ,une cuisine super équipée, une grande télé écran plat,une belle salle d eau et une literie parfaite. Quand le soleil est là une grande terrasse bien equipee (grande table ,parasol et bain de soleil)vous permet de profiter de l extérieur en toute intimité ! La qualité est au rendez vous en tous points, nous reviendrons ! Julie ,olivier et leurs enfants

Zwei sehr schöne Wochen auf Oleron

Wir waren zwei Wochen sehr zufriedene Gäste im Haus von Madam Romain. Ein sehr neues, detailreich und im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, sehr funktional ausgestattetes Haus. Sehr gute Einkaufs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und wenn es denn ausnahmsweise mal ein Problem gab, hatte Madam Romain immer ein offenes Ohr und (vor allem) eine Lösung Merci beaucoup Ina & Herbert

Soggiorno meraviglioso a ile d oleron

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica tempo bello , bicicletta , passeggiate sulla spiaggia la casa super attrezzata e accogliente , posizione sulla pista ciclabile e il mare non molto distante...i proprietari premurosi e gentili...ritorneremo sicuraente

Sehr empfehlenswert

Ein schön modernisiertes altes Gebäude, mit Geschmack und trotzdem praktisch eingerichtet und einer ausgezeichneten Ausstattung. Zudem hat Madame Romain hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Problemchen. Gut gelegen, um die wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden, man hat es nicht weit zum Strand und in den Ort. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit dort verlebt und kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce gîte et avons été très satisfait. C'est une demeure de charme, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et avec une cuisine bien équipée. La maison reste fraîche lors des grosses chaleurs. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. L'emplacement est également idéal: assez loin des axes principaux d'Oléron pour ne pas avoir trop de nuisances sonores mais proche du centre de Dolus et des plages. Nous recommandons ce gîte!

Très belle location au calme et très bien située

La maison est très bien équipée, entretenue. Exactement comme dans la description. Située au calme mais proche des commerces de Dolus, de la plage et des pistes cyclables. L'endroit parfait pour découvrir toutes les facettes de l'ile d'Oléron. Nous y reviendrons !

Excellent séjour à l'Ecurie

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Ecurie, très confortable et propre. Equipements de grande qualité. Hébergement tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Cette location est d'une pure beauté.

COUP DE COEUR

-Descriptif et situation conforme à l' annonce. -Très belle prestation et très bien entretenue RAS -Propriétaire très sympatique. -Juste un bémol les moustiques l' été et de ce fait on ne peux pas dormir les fenetres ouvertes , la clime serai la bienvenue à l'étage. Je recommande vivement cette superbe location +++++

Bon séjour en famille
