WOW! What a wonderful place. We were a group of 6 friends and the house was perfect. Plenty of room and amenities. The hot tub, fire pit, and game room gave us a place to spend the evenings and have fun. The location was a quick drive into Blue Ridge. The host communicated very well and it was spotless. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The whole family had a wonderful time. There was plenty of games for the younger ones and plenty of time to relax outdoors by the fire pit and in the hot tub.

My friends and I had a very nice time staying at this property. The hot tub was a highlight. My only recommendation on that is to add directions for turning jets off and on. The hot tub seemed to run continuously and that was confusing. We loved having laundry access for a quick load after hiking. Only other suggestion is that baseboards could use a good cleaning.

Thanks for the review Kristin and we will certainly check out those baseboards! There should have been directions for hot tub in the cabin binder but sometimes they get taken out and not returned. We will check and make sure there are directions at the cabin. Thanks again! Mountain Oasis
All was good. We thought it was odd to have a bed in the loft that could not be used. There were no sheets and we were told this room was not advertised in the listing. There was even a luggage rack in that room. If it’s not supposed to be used then a small sign stating so would be helpful. Other than that it was clean and cozy and we enjoyed are time very much. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed

Mi Cabin Tu Cabin
When renting from VRBO previously...the cabins were completely clean upon arrival. I left this cabin cleaner than when I arrived. I am jot sure how long it takes for Doritos to grow mold... but apparently they’d been there a while! I did repairs to the upstairs bed and front door curtain. I also pulled tape off the ceiling in the TV room...apparently a renter had a party with balloons! The next tenants should be good to go! The cleaning fee was way to high to just change linens and towels after my departure! VRBO refused to allow me to post the cleaning fee amount... apparently it is a different amount for different renters. Beautiful cabin... just poor house keeping and maintenance crew. Definitely not a return planned for this cabin.

Hi Joyce, wow, looks like we missed the mark on the clean on this one! I do apologize that the cabin was not up to par and wish you had called us when you found the issues so that we could have sent someone over to address them. This is very rare but when it happens we take it very seriously. Again, I do apologize and hope we have the opportunity to make it up to your on your next trip to the beautiful North Georgia Mountains!
This was a beautiful spacious cabin with all the necessities.
PROS: The kitchen was fully stocked all the way down to Tupperware, pizza cutter, and even a wok! I can’t imagine there is anything you would need that wasn’t already available. So much room! There were 4 separate bedrooms and an open air loft bedroom. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was fantastic. There was a standard living room and two other den areas. Plenty of room for privacy amongst a large group. Every inch of the place is decorated adorably. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table, the foosball table, and all the board games.
CONS: There is zero insulation between the main floor and the top floor. When sleeping in the master bedroom, you hear everything from the room above. Even whispers. We weren’t a large group so we just moved bedrooms and left the master empty. The climb down to the fire pit was super steep. Could be dangerous, especially at night. The drive up the mountain is tricky. We had good weather so it wasn’t a problem for a sedan but if there had been rain or snow, I’m certain you would need 4WD.
Overall, this place was fantastic! I would absolutely stay here again.

So glad you enjoyed your stay at Mi Cabin Tu Cabin! We look forward to having you as our guest again soon!
We rented the property for a weekend trip for the boys before his wedding next month. Overall, everyone was very happy with the experience. A few things to keep in mind if you are interested in the property:
1. Check the listing for what is allowed. This is not a pet friendly property - we were told that multiple times as part of the check-in process (this was not an issue, just something that we had seen).
2. The rental company that manages this property will send additional communication via email asking for some additional information. This is a little unusual from my other experiences.
3. The path to the property is mostly paved but there are some gravel sections that could be a little rough especially given the weather. Additionally, there is enough parking for about 4 cars without things getting too messy (there is more room than that but the gravel drive does slope a bit making things somewhat difficult).
4. The property had a WIDE selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. but had small amounts of consumable products like dish soap, paper towels, trash bags etc. We brought extra with us. If asked, I am sure they would provide more if needed.
5. The power did go out for about 60-75 minutes during our stay. I called the property managers who stated that wasn't too unusual but were also very accommodating. In the end it was not a big deal but just be prepared.
6. The property is located in a little "community" of homes. There is some distance between you and your neighbors but not enough that you cannot see their properties. Everyone seemed friendly, just be respectful of noise especially in the front of the house.
BONUS: The boys favorite activity was to count the number of decorative signs on the property. When we left, the current total was 149.
Overall had a great time and would go back!

STAFF WAS RUDE AND HEARTLESS
We have booked several cabins, but this one was the worst. They had no extra tissue, a baby size dish detergent bottle and NOTHING extra for us to us as if the owner was thinking that us Black people were going to steal it. We had to literally buy everything. Day 2: we lost power the, but it wasn't a big issue because the weather was bad. Plus, it came back on before we froze to death and before the sunset. However, as were cooking, we noticed that water was leaking from the bathroom through the kitchen ceiling. We immediately called the management company, who promised to send some out the next day...never happened... We arrived Thursday, 12/22/2022, and was due to departure on 12/27/2022. Everything went bad Monday 12/26/2022 when we received a call around 11/12 PM stating that we had 2 hours to be off the property because we had a dog. Mind you, the dog had been there since Saturday 12/24/22. We did not know that dogs were not allowed. If you look at the paperwork on the refrigerator, (even though they are going to remove it), you will see where they taped on the letter that the place "isn't dog friendly "but goes on tell you what you should do to the property if you have a pe (clean hair off the furniture, get up pet deposits etc.....This wasn't a dog that caused harm or made noises...surprisingly. He's a good dog. The dog owner asked if they could leave with the dog and allow others that had flights the next day to stay. Her response was NO. Having a dog wasn't the end of the world. They just didn't want us there and it showed from the time we stepped foot in the door. There's so much that I want to share but do not have the space.

We were not aware that this guest had a dog at the cabin until the 4th day of their stay when the owner notified us. It was at that time that we reached out to Mr. Gibson and explained that he was at a non-pet friendly cabin and he acted like he did not know, however when he filled out his guest list which says if they are staying at a pet friendly cabin they must list the pets and their weight on the guest list. He did not list any pets, had he, we would have reached out prior to his arrival. I have copied the VRBO property description which shows it is not pet friendly. We, as the property manager, are bound to honor the home owners decision that there are no pets allowed. The description below has been copied and pasted to show this property being non-pet friendly as well as what what is furnished for the guest as far as supplies. It is very clear, if the guest read it and a phone call would have clarified anything he was unsure about. As far as the leak, it was found that it was due to a shower liner being on the outside of the shower while using that allowed water to get floor wet and drip below into the kitchen.

The cabin is very nice although a little difficult to get to. A high profile vehicle is best for reaching it.
Cabin was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a stay in the mountains.
Our group enjoyed renting this cabin for our getaway. The area is nice and quiet and have some great places to hike. There are a couple of shops and grocery stores about 10 minutes away from the property, so don’t worry about packing your car full of food! For the most part the cabin was clean and tidy, but when we wiped down some of the “high touch” areas upon arrival (like the couch), we found that our wipes were pretty brown. The hot tub was also very clean, but everything else on the patio was VERY dusty. However, we enjoyed our overall stay at the cabin. It was also nice that the basement had a lot of games and entertainment.

Maintenance
Tub upstairs was clogged, hot water took 2 hours to heat up after each shower, coffee maker defective, odor on bedding and out patio was dirty and furniture had lots of stains.
We had an awesome time in the cabin this weekend. The cabin was very spacious and the rooms were very nice. The cleaniness was good, the amenities were good, the facilities were adequate. Overall great experience and we will definitely like to stay there again.
We had a great time here with family. Enjoyed our stay. Place was nice and clean like just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Hi Darren, thank you so much for the 5 Star Review. We are so happy you guys enjoyed your stay and everything was spot on! Mountain Oasis Cabin Rentals
The cabin was great. It is up the mountain. I was expecting streets and not dirt roads to get there. Other than that I would definitely rent again. Took us a little by surprise but once you get used to the roads it’s fine. It’s close to Blue Ridge, about 15min. The kitchen is better stocked than most VRBOs I have stayed in. If you are there during Thanksgiving check out the winery close by.
Awesome cabin to stay and get together with family!
All the process of renting, check in, check out is really smoothly and convenient , will definitely come back soon. The only suggestion is the road to get to the cabin, if it can be fix , it should be more easier for all the guests when we get there. Thank you!
We loved the cabin, but I suggest not coming in after dark on the trip up to the cabin off the main highway. You are definitely on the side of a mountain! We had a 4 wheel drive and had no problems. There are steps up to the cabin, if you have any knee issues but it was a great get away!
