This beautifully designed three-story cabin offers flexible sleeping options for up to 8 guests and amazing indoor-outdoor transitions.

Top Level Master Oasis: Features a plush King bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and elegant French doors opening up to your own private balcony overlooking the beautiful trees and putting green below.

Main Level Suite & Living Area: Home to a second bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed and its own French doors leading out to the massive main deck. One of the Queen-size futons is located on this level for easy access and flexible sleeping.

The Heart of the Home (Main Level): The main floor boasts a gorgeous open-concept family room featuring a warm gas fireplace, a large Smart TV, and two plush leather sofas. The adjacent fully stocked kitchen serves as a social hub, equipped with 4 bar stools at the counter and a beautiful wood dining table that comfortably seats 6. A second set of French doors sweeps open from the main living area onto the shared deck, instantly expanding your entertainment space.

The Massive Main Deck: Step outside to enjoy a premium gas grill, an outdoor ceiling fan, an outdoor table for 4, and a larger outdoor table that seats 6 for flexible open-air dining. It is absolutely perfect for enjoying some quiet reading time with your morning coffee while the rest of the group plays downstairs.

Walk-Out Basement Lounge & Game Room: The ultimate entertainment hub! Kick back on the deep leather sofa in front of the lower-level gas fireplace and large TV, or listen to your favorite tracks on the vintage replica jukebox. This area is fully loaded for group fun, featuring a full-size pool table, a classic arcade game, a dartboard, and an extensive collection of board games, card games, and puzzles. For extra comfort, this space includes 4 bar stools and a second Queen-size futon, making it the perfect hangout spot for kids, teens, or the whole group.

Guest Access & Core House Rules

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire cabin, amenities, and wooded lot during their stay.

Max Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests.
No unregistered guests permitted on the property at any time.
Pets: Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome! Please keep pets off the furniture and beds, clean up after them in the yard, and crate them if they are left unattended in the cabin.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the cabin or on the decks.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect our mountain neighbors by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum.

Your comfort is our top priority at Raven’s Retreat. If you need anything during your stay, I am available by phone or message. We also partner with Classy Bear Concierge, a dedicated local team run by husband-and-wife duo Pam and Tim, to ensure your experience is completely seamless.

Raven’s Retreat Dog Policy:
Raven’s Retreat happily welcomes well-behaved dogs (2 dogs maximum) to stay at the cabin. The pet fee is $20 per pet per night. If your stay is longer than a week, we are happy to discuss a flat rate per pet fee, but we are available to answer questions before booking. While there is no pet security deposit, AirCover is required and must be selected before booking.

Hot Tub Restrictions:
There is a zero-tolerance policy for dogs in the hot tub. Dog hair easily clogs expensive hot tub filters, requiring emergency maintenance.
Fencing and Wildlife Boundaries: Raven’s Retreat does not have fencing on the lot; all dogs must be leashed at all times when outdoors to protect them from local wildlife and prevent them from wandering onto adjacent acreage.

The "Muddy Paws" Clause:
Blue Ridge gets heavy mountain rain, and the red clay dirt can easily ruin rugs and floors. A basket of dark "pet towels" is available by the entry door so that guests can wipe paws down after hiking local trails.

Noncompliance with Raven’s Retreat pet rules:
Unauthorized or undisclosed pets will result in an automatic $300 unauthorized pet fee and immediate eviction warning for guests who fail to disclose an animal.



Raven’s Retreat | Sauna Guest Guidelines (Combination for Sauna must be requested)

Please review these quick rules before your session to ensure a safe, relaxing, and hygienic experience.

Hygiene First
Always Sit on a Towel: Please place a clean towel down on the wooden benches before sitting or lying down to protect the wood and maintain hygiene.

Rinse Off First: Please take a quick shower before entering to rinse off any body lotions, sunscreens, or oils.

No Footwear: Shoes and outdoor sandals are not permitted inside the sauna.

Health & Safety

Time Limits: Limit your session to 15–20 minutes to prevent overheating.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and immediately after your session.

No Alcohol: For your safety, the consumption of alcohol before or during your sauna session is strictly prohibited.

Medical Cautions: Pregnant guests or individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or diabetes should consult a physician before use.

Supervision: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Property Care

Leave Electronics Outside: Phones, tablets, and smartwatches will overheat and fail in this environment. Keep them safely outside.

Keep the Door Closed: Please enter and exit quickly to keep the heat and steam properly trapped inside.

No Food or Glass: No food or glass containers of any kind are allowed inside the sauna room.
