Pour le festival d'Avignon, on se contente de sommaire !

Points positifs : Bonne situation . Espaces confortables.Points negatifs : matériel a minima ( un seul torchon malgré demande à la conciergerie, pas de sèche cheveux), des choses à revoir ( plaque à induction, cafetiére), lieu assez froid ( absolument aucun objet de décoration, absolument rien au mur). Correct mais service minimum.

À deux pas du Palais

Le propriétaire est réactif. C’est tout près de la Mairie, mais avec sensiblement moins d’animation pendant le festival d’Avignon, ce qui est très appréciable. L’appartement est fonctionnel dans un bâtiment ancien. Très propre. Nous avons passé une semaine sympa avec mon frère au festival début juillet.

Great location but...

This apartment is newly renovated and very clean. It is in a great location and the agent, Caroline, was nice. However, the kitchen, while it has new pots and pans, has no cooking utensils at all, of any sort. Further, there are no extra blankets for the pullout bed. If one does not intend to cook, it is a comfortable apartment for two people.

This is the first year we are renting the flat we put ustendiles for breakfast or quick lunch as most of the flat hotel we do realize that guess are expecting more ustensiles to cook this is very easy to solve and we are going to add the utensiles missing concerning blanquet we rent the appartement only the summer when blanquet are really useless in Avignon

Why they chose this property

The building is particularly well-located, in one of the best areas of Avignon. You can do everything on foot. It is a very well attended area with the finest shops and monuments.
Moreover, it boasts an enjoyable and peaceful location in a narrow street.
If you have a car, many car parks are also close to the flat, one of which is free.
Crillon square and its numerous terraces is, without a doubt, one of the most pleasant places of the city.
Besides its charming city centre listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Avignon is located in the heart of the Provence region. You can also enjoy Luberon charming Natural Park and the Alpines mountain range.
