Very nice family house with 5 bedrooms in a popular location in Pyla, between the Dune and Moulleau, with a view of the basin and direct access to the beach.
The villa is located in a secure luxury residence with a tennis court.
Large garden with table tennis and swing. Deckchairs, family table on the terrace and barbecue available. Outdoor shower.
Upstairs: beautiful living room with breathtaking views of the Basin, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with separate wc, dining room, terrace and fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wc and cellar with freezer and additional fridge.

Agréable villa au calme et proche de la plage

Villa parfaitement équipée et confortable. Elle est lumineuse grâce à ses baies vitrées et dispose d'une jolie vue sur le bassin d'Arcachon. Le jardin entourant la villa permet de nombreux loisirs. À l'écart des axes routiers, elle est située toute proche de la plage. Le propriétaire ainsi que l'agence locale sont disponibles et facilitent le séjour. Une villa familiale confortable avec une vue imprenable et dégagée.
