Long wide private beach, 360 ft long, as long as a football field for just you and 3 cottages.
1. Comfortable fully furnished cottage with amazing views and individual A/C from every room.
2. Sunset over the water and sunset colors for an hour afterwards
3. Amazing stargazing , you may see fireflies and shooting stars
4. Natural setting. One of the few spots that feels like old Cape Cod

6. We are on the highest point between the bridge and Truro. You get unsurpassed views of the Sagamore Bridge, the entire Cape Cod bay, and Provincetown.
7. The Brewster flats at low tide offer amazing shelling and a magnificent not to missed walk.
8. Location. Close to great restaurants, gorgeous neighborhoods for biking and walking. In the middle of Cape Cod. A perfect home base for exploring the Cape.
9. Most of our renters who have been coming for years try to never leave the property. (except to get take out - our cottages have a better view than most restaurants) Their day is filled with beach and flats walks, swims, sunset, and just watching the view.


Location:
Lovely beach cottage sits upon the bluff with one of the best views of Cape Cod. The private beach is just down the stairs . It is large beautiful, clean, safe and quiet for only 3 cottages and the main house. 100's of feet of beach just for you. You can walk along the beach in either directions for miles, and at low tide you can walk straight out on the ocean floor and pick up shells. Low tide is the perfect place for young children.
Brewster is a beautiful safe town with great restaurants, golf courses, and even a quaint general store.

The cottage:
The cottage has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed with A/C. There is also a smaller bedroom with a Queen bed. Each bedroom has it's own heat and A/C controls. The large living room looks over cape cod bay. There is a full kitchen with granite counters, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Keurig, Mr. Coffee, french door full sized refrigerator. The dining area has with water views. . There is a small bathroom with shower and an also outdoor shower with hot water.
There is a dining table and chairs outside and lounge chairs for watching the tide roll in.

Stunning Location and View

This cottage was, as advertised, a throwback to “Old Cape Cod” with vintage furnishings and a keep-modifying-it setup. It was super clean and well-supplied, with immediate access to the beach stairway. The owners were very friendly and keen on making our stay comfortable, offering useful suggestions for activities and outings. The location was relatively convenient to many places down Cape. The Brewster flats are amazing, the water was still plenty warm for long, low-tide walks out to their edge and the beach walks can be lengthy as well. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful property and hosts

Beautiful views of the Bay. High tide and low tide are significant and impressive. The private stretch of beach is terrific. The cottage was private, located amongst 4-5 other cottages they own. Very quiet, located off the main road, owner lives on the property and very helpful and accessible. Brewster is a charming small town. We had everything we needed without driving forever.

Amazing beach getaway

I am so happy I found this beautiful hidden oasis. It is a relaxing and calming beach getaway with a private beach and really nice owners. The cute bunnies around the property were a plus! The food in town is awesome, it’s safe and everyone is so kind. Will be back again and wish I would’ve found this hidden gem sooner.

Wonderful oceanside stay

Wonderful place to stay. The cottage has a million dollar view of the bay, and the tides are so different it's almost like getting two beaches to yourself - a swimming beach at high tide and miles of tidal flats to explore at low tide. The AC is a nice touch although we only used it two out of seven nights we were there. The cottage itself is nice with great views of the ocean, outdoor shower is great, although the indoor bathroom is quite small (pro tip: don't forget a bathmat!) Rina and Bruce are gracious hosts. We hope to go back some day!

1. Our private beach is 360 ft long. Imagine 100's of ft of beach to yourself
2. We get sunset over Cape Cod Bay for a breathtaking sunset hrs long show
3. Safe, quiet neighborhood - gorgeous neighborhoods great for walks and biking.
4. Many people have said this is the best view on the entire Cape. We have the highest spot between Eastham and the bridge. You can see Provincetown monument and the sagamore bridge. Named third "Most Beautiful Coastal View" in America by Travel& Leisure.
5. The Brewster flats. At low tide you can walk out on the ocean floor for almost a mile for an unique experience (listed in 1000 places to see before you die) for collecting shells, tidal pools, swimming, sports and an everchanging view.
6. High tide looks like a completely different place. We have some of the warmest water and gentle waves on the Cape. Perfect for swimming, floating,, kayaking and stand up paddle board.
7. Fabulous restaurants with in a few miles ( Apt, spinnaker, Kates, JT's, the Brewster Scoop ) We are two miles from the Cape Cod rail bike trail. Golf at the Captain Course. Many historic spots. Lakes. We are in the middle of the Cape perfect for exploring.
8. Comfortable cottages with everything your family needs. a perfect sport for family reunions. Large yard for croquet or catch.
9. Our renters who have been coming for over 20 years recommend doing nothing! Eat breakfast at grumpy's or APT. or Get your paper and coffee at the 200 yr old general store. Walk the flats, swim at high tide. Watch the tide roll in and out, sunset and watch the stars and meteor showers. Fall asleep listening to the waves.
