Cozy stay in Fredericksburg

We loved the cozy accommodations. We felt that the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Location was convenient to the downtown area. Only one minor thing is the TV is a bit small. We had a great time!

Always Amazing!

Repeat visitor. Love being here while in Fredericksburg. Perfect location, close to the main area of shopping, eating, and wine tasting. And it is just the right space for a couple on a weekend get-away. Will be back again!

Sweet space just as described!

It was exactly as pictured. Cute property, clean, right on the edge of Main Street so you can walk the main strip if you like. Would definitely recommend!

Great getaway

We enjoyed a weekend getaway here, perfect for couples or girls trips! No kids allowed so it makes it great for an adult getaway. The room we had was spacious and clean. The location is not far from Main St. The pool was nice but it is smaller than it appears in the picture. Overall great experience.

Amazing and clean property!

From the beginning of the booking process to checking in process was absolutely easy. They communicated very well with check in process via email and text. Very professional company. The property was very clean, quiet and had all the necessary amenities. Lots of parking. Very close walking to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking again.

Charming Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay here!! Perfect for our short getaway to Fredericksburg. I have two feedbacks to give. I would either move the 24 inch TV closer to the bed or get a bigger TV. I also think a couch rather than 2 uncomfortable reclining chairs would be nice. Otherwise, the space was perfect.

The accommodations were clean & well decorated. Nice & quiet & relaxing.The bed was very comfortable. The chairs were not real comfy but better with a throw pillow behind our backs. There were plenty of towels. The frig froze a few things in the back of the refrigerator part. We had a light bulb missing out of the floor lamp & only 1 dinner plate. We communicated this with the management but didn't receive an answer, however they were quick to respond to other questions. Parking was easy. It is definitely a drive to downtown but doable. The AC had a little trouble keeping up with the heat but it wasn't unbearable. Over 100 while we were there.

Loved the location! It was a very short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in Fredericksburg (vineyards, restaurants, shops, etc.). All toiletries needed were provided and the decor was really cute. Communication with property was also easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay for a couple

Had a wonderful weekend getaway with the wife. The property and room were in impeccable condition. Very nice, very clean. Perfect place to stay for a couple. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the bathroom was a little on the small side but nothing bad at all. Getting in and out was easy. Far enough from the crowds that it was quiet but maybe just a little too far to walk. I'd stay there again.

38th Anniversary

My wife and I celebrated our 38th Anniversary in Fredericksburg and it was an amazing celebration. Our room we booked through VRBO was amazing. The time we spent there was short lived because we wanted to stay longer. There are so many things to do and everyone there was very friendly. We are planning our next visit there already!

It’s the perfect location. We had a couple maintenance issues but they took care of it right away and the maintenance guy was really nice! We will definitely stay there again.
