Excellent stay in comfortable house

We really like our stay near Erdeven. The house is in a very calm neighbourhood close to the beach and also Plouharnel village. The owner is very gentil and the house equipped with what you need as f.e. 2 bathrooms and complete kitschen and washing machine. We had a wonderful week!

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette maison moderne dont la literie est trĂšs confortable. Tout fonctionne dans la cuisine qui est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs spacieuse. L’emplacement est idĂ©al entre Carnac, Quiberon, Plouharnel, Étel et Belz. PossibilitĂ© de prendre le tire-bouchon Ă  cinq minutes en voiture, de superbes balades pour les enfants avec le centre Ă©questre au bout de la rue. Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Bei unserer Ankunft empfing uns Antony sehr nett und erklĂ€rte uns alles Wichtige rund ums Haus. Insbesondere der Hinweis auf die MĂŒlltonnen und deren Abfuhr war sehr hilfreich. Im Haus gab es alles, was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die große Anzahl an Geschirr, Besteck und GlĂ€sern. Die KĂŒche ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet.Es gab drinnen und draußen viel Platz fĂŒr uns sechs Personen.

Ma compagne et moi avons passĂ© des vacances apaisantes dans cette agrĂ©able maison toute Ă©quipĂ©e situĂ©e au calme. La situation gĂ©ographique permet de profiter de tous les points d’interĂȘt de la rĂ©gion (presqu’üle de Quiberon, Ria d’Etel, Carnac) avec de belles balades Ă  la clĂ©. La possibilitĂ© de rejoindre la piste cyclable « la Littorale » juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la maison est un gros plus ! Nous remercions encore l’accueil chaleureux de nos hĂŽtes et leur prĂ©cieux conseils sur la rĂ©gion ! Nous reviendrons !

Emplacement idéal maison bien équipée

Une maison au calme, la plage surveillĂ©e Ă  pied sans problĂšme pour nous car nous aimons marcher et les sentiers sont sĂ©curisĂ©s et trĂšs agrĂ©ables (compter 25 minutes en marchant bien). Maison trĂšs bien adaptĂ©e pour un sĂ©jour en famille (attention la chaise haute n'a pas de sĂ©curitĂ©, pas adaptĂ©e pour un enfant de moins d'un an). Sinon table Ă  langer, lits confortables. Une seule serviette par personne mais pas gĂȘnant pour nous nous avions prĂ©vu. TrĂšs trĂšs bien pour les animaux, le jardin est bien clos et ne donne pas sur la rue. "Petite" surprise nĂ©anmoins pour nous Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, on nous demande de rĂ©gler un forfait mĂ©nage (pas le choix), d'un montant de ...80€. Ce n'Ă©tait pas du tout prĂ©cisĂ© sur l'annonce ni lors des Ă©changes avec l'hĂŽte. Juste une mention (en anglais d'ailleurs) qui stipule que le mĂ©nage peut ĂȘtre fait ...sur demande. Mise Ă  part ce dĂ©tail, nous somme trĂšs satisfait de notre sĂ©jour, la rĂ©gion est vraiment magnifique.

SÉJOUR PARFAIT

Beaucoup d'espace dans cette maison nette et fonctionnelle; une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et trois chambres à l'étage. La mer est à cinq minutes en voiture et l'emplacement est idéal pour parcourir le Morbihan. Excellents rapports avec notre hÎte,Anthony.C'était parfait.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zu siebt mit der ganzen Familie. Am Anreisetag fing es etwas verwirrend an, da der Standort des Hauses etwas ungenau angegeben war. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit der Vermieterin, welche sehr sehr nett ist, wurden wir von ihr an unserem Standort abgeholt und vollends ans Haus gefĂŒhrt. Die Beschreibung des Hauses hat dann absolut gepasst. Es ist absolut schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat alles, was man fĂŒr seinen Familienurlaub benötigt, auch wenn man zu siebt ist (5 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern). Neben einer sehr gut ausgestatteten KĂŒche, gibt es auch fĂŒr Kinder alles mögliche an Spielen. Auch fĂŒr Babies ist alles Nötige da (Wickeltisch, Bettchen, Töpfchen usw.). Wie gesagt die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum nĂ€chsten Strand hatten wir 20 min. zu laufen, 10 Min. sind es zu Fuß an einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, CafĂš und 2 Restaurants. Dort kann man auch Minigolf spielen. GrĂ¶ĂŸere EinkaufsmĂ€rkte sind dann in Erdeven, Belz und Plouharnel. Das Haus ist auch sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die vielen StrĂ€nde die KĂŒste entlang zu erkunden. Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage und möchten nochmal ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber sagen!
