This beautiful house offers three bedrooms and 2 bath. You’ll get a great night’s rest on the plush one king sized bed that you can find on bedroom 1, while you can find queen sized beds in bedroom 2 & 3.

Make yourself at home during your stay, as our new kitchen is fully equipped. While if you would like to stay outdoors, you will have a lovely time at our bar where you can also make your own bbq, or even spend time in the newly resurfaced large swimming pool screened lanai Covered outdoor area

Paradise in Florida

Paradise in Florida We couldn't have asked for a better place to rent. The house is tastefully decorated and really serves the beach mood. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious. Three roomy bedrooms appealingly tropical themed and an extra sitting room. The living room was inviting and relaxing. The Lanai is a wonderful place to sit on a hot Florida day, with a great view of the large enclosed backyard and a pool to cool off. The outdoor bar with smart tv and grill was such an added bonus and truly made it feel like paradise. The neighborhood was quiet and exceptionally friendly. Manasota beach is literally 10 minutes away. It is thankfully so close to 776, so that going to the grocery store, gas station, etc was a breeze.

Wonderful House and Location

Absolutely loved this home and it’s gorgeous oversized pool. Walked our dogs everyday in this lovely neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly and kind to us. We would love to buy a home in this development. Mary, the home owner, was very nice and always available for any questions we might have. The home was very clean and we will be back next year! Thank you Mary , we had a fantastic vacation!!

Great experience by Manasota Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner, Mary, met us and gave us the key when we arrived and showed us around the home. We found the house to be very spacious with a beautiful heated pool and fenced in backyard. The yard was perfect for our pet to run around in. The location could not have been more convenient, 10 minutes from Manasota Beach, a short walk to a preserve with many trails, and located between Englewood and Venice. The neighborhood, was very quiet with very little through traffic. This is a definite redo for us!

Just Perfect

This was our home for 2 months. The kitchen is gorgeous and very well stocked. There is a beautiful, large and comfortable sectional in living room. There are 5 huge t.v.s. The king size mattress in the master is super comfortable. We spent most of our time outside in or around the pool. Our dog loved the huge yard. The neighborhood was very private and quiet. The neighbors we met were very helpful and friendly. Mary, the owner was awesome. Very easy to work with and always available. I can't say enough positive things about this rental. We will definitely return.
