About this property

House with Panoramic Sea View - 200 m from the beach

Superb little seaside villa situated only 200 meters away from the pictures Morgat beach. It offers stunning sea views from the 3 bedrooms, as well as from the living room/ kitchen area.

All shops, restaurants, bars and seaside activities are just a few minutes’ walk away, making fresh croissants for breakfast, or a quick morning swim in the sea, ever more possible.

The harbour, with the sailing and diving centre, is also only a short walk’s distance away.

The house is situated on a small hill above the town of Morgat, an official French seaside holiday resort. It is located in between the beach of Morgat and the Morgat woods, offering beautiful walks by the sea and the woods respectively. It is set in a green and quiet neighbourhood surrounded by nice villas and traditional Breton houses. An ideal location to relax, discover and enjoy the area.

The costal hiking path (GR-34) is only 100 m away from the house. It will lead you to local gems such as the "Kador" lighthouse, the outstanding beach of "l’Ile Vierge" in St Hernot or the "Cap de la Chèvre”. A breath-taking cliff top walk with truly stunning views and colours.

The house has just been fully renovated and offers all commodities, comfort and calm in an exceptional residential area. The 2 top floor bedrooms have been fitted with extra-large roof windows, offering a truly stunning panoramic sea view over the bay. A wonderful view to wake up to.

House layout:

- Ground floor:
Entrance with a staircase leading to the first floor and living areas. From the entrance there is also access to half of the garage, which is on the ground floor. Guests can find here a washing machine as well as sufficient space to safely store bikes, water sports equipment, wetsuits…
Guests have access to the garden and the wooden terrace.

- 1st floor:
On the first floor is a large open plan living room with a kitchen area. It offers seas views and provides access to the balcony. A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) can be found here as well as a bathroom and a separate toilette.

- 2nd floor:
Two further bedrooms are located on the second floor; one with two single beds and the other with a king size bed (160x200). Both bedrooms benefit from large roof windows to make the most of the panoramic sea views.
A bathroom with toilette can also be found on this floor.

There is a small garden with lovely palm trees where you can relax in the sun on deck chairs. A BBQ is at your disposal.

Great location for walking the coast path

A great location close to shops, restaurants and the coast path. A good view from the balcony and even better from the upstairs bedrooms The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was very well equipped. Our host was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although the 2 flights of stairs might not suit some people.There was a lovely bakery about 5 minutes walk down the hill and lots of cafes and restaurants within easy reach.

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben, wunderbar gelegen, sehr schön eingerichtet, in dem man sich gleich zuhause fühlt. Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Häuschen von Angie & François verbringen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter unterstützen ganz toll mit Tipps und die Kommunikation ist durch die Mehrsprachigkeit von Angie wirklich bestens. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt - nah zu unzähligen Stränden, direkt am Wanderweg No. 34 und alles (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Apotheke) zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Haus selbst haben wir uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt - selbst mit zwei großen Teenies war der Platz absolut ausreichend.

Lovely balcony to catch the early morning and late afternoon sun. Brilliant storage for bikes, paddle boards and more. Right on the coast path and cycle and VTT routes. Town amenities just a couple of minutes walk away.

Perfekter Urlaubsort für die Erkundung der Halbinsel Crozon

Das großzügige und sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb der Bucht von Morgat und hat dadurch eine sehr ruhige Lage. Bäcker, zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Neben den Wassersportmöglichkeiten vor Ort (Kajak, Tauchen, Schnorcheln, Segeln) gibt es in der Nähe einen gut ausgebauten Kletterpark und zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten auf der Halbinsel Crozon. Sehr empfehlenswert vor allem die Küstenwanderung, die 100 m vom Haus entfernt beginnt. Wir waren Mitte August in Morgat und trotz Hochsaison war der Ort nie überlaufen - eine Reservierung zu den Mahlzeiten in den Restaurants ist allerdings notwendig. Die Gastgeberin spricht perfekt deutsch und hilft schnell und unkompliziert.

Schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Ein schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Es hat alles was man benötigt. Sehr praktisch ist die geräumige große Garage, in der wir unser komplettes Equipment (Kajak, Fahrräder etc.) gut unterbringen konnten. Das Haus hat 2 Badezimmer, wobei das obere recht eng ist. Dafür ist das untere ausreichend groß und hat eine tolle Dusche. Der Balkon ist für 5 Leute ein wenig zu klein, aber die Terrasse ist eine gute Alternative. In den oberen Schlafzimmern hat man einen einen Blick auf das Meer. Der Hafen und die Strandpromenade sind in ca. 300 m zu erreichen und der sehr schöne Küstenwanderweg GR34 in ungefähr 100 m. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Nice location, snrokel and surf beach close by

The house is quite okay. Angie lives near by and responses quite fast in case of any problems (we ran out of gas for cooking). Beds are okay. Kitchen well equipped. Good coffee machine. Good oven (no microwave but for us no problem). The chairs in the living are not very comfortable but he beds outside and the sit on the balkony with sea view compensates for this. Angie speaks very good english. Surfbeach Paola 8 minuts drive. Beach for swimming, snorkeling just arround the corner. Bakkery and supermarket 5 minutes (hilly) walk. Hiking just arround the corner. We even spotted a deern in the garden of our neigbours. Plenty of toys for children (4-8 years) in the house. Large garage under the house to store your surfboards ore other stuf. Garden has a nice place to sit, but no room to play soccer with the kids. For this go to the beach. No much traffic in the street, quiet place, no noise from neighbors. Clean house. La maison était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et parfaite pour notre groupe (3 couples d'amis): Le séjour et les chambres très lumineuses, la literie confortable,une terrasse dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter en raison des soirées un peu fraîches !
