I would definitely stay here again. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's in the Greers Ferry area and this is by far the best one I've stayed in. The place has a fantastic view and it was very clean. If I wasn't already committed to one in a couple of weeks, I would stay there again.

Great property and host. Newly renovated and had a breathtaking view of the lake. We picked it out for watching the total eclipse and I would come back just for the scenery.

We Filled the House!

19 years ago three of us decided to go hiking. Over all these years our group has grown to 10, ranging in age from 68 to 86. We so appreciated all the bedrooms on the main floor, the wonderfully large dining room table and ample room in the kitchen. Our favorite place was the back deck with that view! We filled the house with camaraderie, good food, card playing, and most importantly lots of laughter. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Million Dollar View

The View is Amazing!!!With that being said keep in mind your on top of a bluff so lake access is a short 20 minute drive. The house is amazing and recently renovated which shows but it must have been a while since there was anyone in the home. On arrival there were alot i mean accesive spider activities and Webs everywhere. I had to clean and rid them from the fornt door and all deck areas. The screened area of the deck for bug free dining was missing 2 screens which actually allowed for the spiders to have a buffet assortment of bugs to eat. With everything being said dont plan to play in the yard with water toys with the littles as there is not one and the property is very steep. It is very nice but could have had a once over cleaning and exterminator stop by before our visit.

This property is the best of the best. It is immaculate and well-built. The view is outrageous. The kitchen is so spacious! The canopy of trees around the property was full of singing birds. We found everything we were looking for and more at this lake view home.

We spent a great long weekend at this house and couldn’t have been more pleased! The views were even better than the pictures show, house was super clean and had everything we needed. If you are looking for a relaxing location with amazing view of the lake and lots of trees, huge balcony/deck with privacy and great hiking locations, this is it! We definitely plan to come back again! Loved it!

Great place for our annual friends vacation

The house was fantastic, and everyone agreed that this one was the best one we've rented so far. The swing on the lower deck was a great surprise, too. It made for perfect early morning lake-viewing. We will definitely be considering this house again next year. ☺

Perfect vacation spot

This is a wonderful vacation retreat. The home is immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. When you walk in the front door, the view is breathtaking. You can see the lake through large windows in every lakeside room. Upper and lower decks make the views even more spectacular. The house is well stocked, even wood for the fireplace. Stephen is a gracious host and is very quick to respond to any issues you might have. There are a couple of things guests might like to know: 1) The driveway is exciting to come down. The driveway is concrete, but It is quite steep and could be a problem in snow. 2) The decks are very high off the ground, so keep an eye on small children. 3) There are no grocery stores close by. Don't hesitate on this one....you'll love it!

Enjoyed the Eagles Nest. Very relaxing with great scenery. Wonder why it was called the Eagles Nest until the second day a beautiful bald eagle flew over. Seen it majority of the trip. Enjoyed every minute.

We had 5 adults and two children 9, and 5. It was a great fit for all of us! They all loved the game room. The house was very clean and the views were outstanding!! Very peaceful! We would definitely come back and highly recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful view and place

Love the house and especially loved the view it was the best part. The kids loved playing the games downstairs. The only problem we had was backing our 23 foot boat down the driveway but after 2 or 3 times we had it down. It was a wonderful vacation can wait to plan our next trip
