Not to bad. But could be better for that price.A lot of things outstanding.Kitchen must have more and bigger cookware for that kind of house.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We’re glad to hear your stay was overall okay, but we’re sorry to hear that some aspects didn’t fully meet your expectations. Your comments about the kitchen cookware are appreciated. Larger cabins often host bigger groups, and having appropriately sized cookware is definitely important. We’ll be sharing this feedback with our team as we review the kitchen inventory for this property.
We also appreciate you letting us know how you felt about the value of the stay. Guest feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve the overall experience.
Thank you again for your review, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide an even better stay.
We had a family reunion with 25 adults and 17 children. There was more than enough living and refrigerator space for everyone. Close to downtown Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend
Booked this beautiful cabin for 20 of our family and friends to help celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. When I tell you it was Perfect, it was for sure!! Everyone was comfortable, plenty of room and the views are just gorgeous! Had a visit from some bears too!
And there is also an orange tabby cat that hangs out. She is super friendly!! I named her Georgia! An amazing experience and my whole family had an amazing time!

Fair. Wouldn’t stay again though
I always struggle with reviews. What I think is bad may not bother you. So take what we say for what it’s worth to you. Ultimately, the question is would we stay here again. That answer was loud and clear from our crew, NO.
Pros:
The cabin is big. Every room has a bathroom and TV. For our family this works very well.
Living room area is good.
Kitchen is well equip. 2 stoves. 2 dishwashers. Big fridge. Big freezer. Needs a bigger sink though. Too small for that size house.
Cons:
The beds are awful. Worse than any hotel I have ever stayed in. They are noisy and worn. They need to be replaced.
Bathrooms, the majority of our party all said the same thing. They are cheap. To build such a big beautiful home and to put inserts in the bathroom is just sad.
So many minor things I would change but again my opinion.
I don’t understand the electric fire place in the living room. That is just wrong.
Parking. There is plenty of space but, buyer beware the two houses on each side will take your spaces too if they have overflow.
Hearthside cabins: I would NEVER rent from a place they manage again. They were rude. We didn’t get in til after 4, check in is 3:00 but she said it’s “around” 3:00(?)! What? Who says that?! The place was already clean and all maintenance had already come. I was there at 2:15 (knowing I was early) and watched them leave the last cabin. But Debbie wouldn’t give us time of day.
The check in process was horrible! Who doesn’t do everything via email or texting now. I booked via the internet, paid via the internet, why couldn’t they email us like everyone else has done for the last 10 years..... just behind.
Neighbors are too close. If you want privacy this is not the place. We could hear our neighbors every night.
We did see bear so that was fun.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We truly appreciate your honesty and feedback. While we’re glad to hear that you found the layout, kitchen setup, and in-room amenities convenient for your group, we’re very sorry that other aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations.
We never want a guest to feel that our team was anything less than courteous or accommodating. Your comments regarding communication at check-in, bed comfort, and overall finishes have been shared with both our management and operations teams to help us improve the guest experience moving forward. We also appreciate your input about the bathroom design and fireplace choice — feedback like this helps us refine future builds and updates.
We’re disappointed to know this stay wasn’t what you’d hoped for, but we do thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts so we can continue to improve both our cabins and our service.
