This is a non-smoking residence. $350 Cleaning Fee, $400 Linen Fee, and $1,500 Security Deposit is required on all reservations. The linen fee includes bedding, sheets, and bathroom towels. Bed linens provided for 8 bed rooms and 2 sofa beds. Towels provided for 22 guests.
