Sea Village 3306 is an oceanfront condo that offers 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and is located on the third floor (Please note, this complex does not have elevators). Gorgeous views of the ocean and common area!

Tropical colors and décor provide a relaxing atmosphere – perfect spot to come home to after a day of exploration. The living area includes floor to ceiling windows to take in the ocean view and offers a sofa sleeper so that unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. Primary bedroom contains a King bed & includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's an additional bedroom with a Queen bed which has access to a shared bath, also with a walk-in shower. Unit includes free WIFI and a full size front load washer and dryer.

Sea Village, an environmentally-respecting development of four buildings (none higher than 3 stories) features an absolute ocean front pool and spa with incredible views of Kailua Kona! There are four gas barbecues with picnic tables adjacent to the pool, and the grounds are meticulously maintained!
The Kailua-Kona historical village is a short walk from the Sea Village and is very quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water's edge. There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge on the beach. This smoke free property provides access to a host of Kona Coffee blends, bagels, croissants and pastries at the on-site Green Flash Coffee Shop.

Awesome home away from home!

Beautiful property as advertised. Great hospitality and response to a small issue we had. Concierge service after booking was so VERY helpful! A truly wonderful place to stay in Kona. I would recommend this unit in the Sea Village to anyone looking to vacation in Kona. Thank you so much.

Perfect in every way

Sea Village 3306 was a great condo and location. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. The view was wonderful, with the courtyard, pool and ocean all within sight. The property was well maintained and closely located to the shops and restaurants/bars in town. We walked into town more than once and felt safe at night as well. We loved our time in Kona and at Sea Village and would definitely come back again!

Beautiful condo and location

This condo was accurate to the description and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great and the view from the lanai even better. We spent a lot of time sitting out watching the activity going on at the pool, garden area and ocean. There was an ant issue, which the management took care of immediately upon being contacted. We would recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Holiday!

Everthing was perfect. Pool was a fantastic temp and always chairs to be had. Whale viewing off the Lanai. Easy walk into town or a short 8$ Uber. Will definitely stay here again. Mahalo
