This apartment is perfectly located in Nice, steps away from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. The old town is also extremely close. The apartment is well decorated and the terrace outside was great for relaxation. Highly recommend this apartment

Modern studio apartment near the Promenade des Anglais

The small studio apartment seemed much larger because you could look outside at the large private terrace with a dining table and a chaise lounge. The apartment was very well equipped, with an up—too-date dishwasher and washing machine that partially dried the clothes.

Where do I start... first, the location can't be beat! The apartment is a little gem right by the promenade, close to shops, restaurants and, of course, the beautiful plage. It is fully equipt and the outside space is wonderful for morning coffee or to chill at in the evening. Monika and her team are so kind and responsive. We will be back, but next time for longer!!

Apartment location is excellent. Facilities good, well equipped. Good quality linen and towels. Comfortable bed. Check in process smooth and great flexibility on timing. Very friendly and helpful rep. Monika and Sheryl were excellent and really helpful and responsive. Only downsides were curtains at windows not wide enough so room not completely dark at night and room is very gloomy during day as only one window with terrace enclosed by panels and surrounded by buildings.

Die Wohnung war sauber.Tolle Lage direkt in Zentrum.Promenade und alle Restaurants waren in wenigen Meter zu erreichen. In der Wohnung war alles was man benötigt hat. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Nizza kommen werden auf jeden Fall nur dort.

We enjoyed this apartment which was very central to everything. There is no view from the balcony and the apartment is small, but the purpose of staying in a central location with just enough space for two is achieved. Monika was always available if we had any issues.
