Featuring a fun and breezy Palm Springs décor, this spacious 2,375 square-foot getaway is designed to make all your Instagram followers envious. It’s spread out across two living areas and multiple ultra-private patios so that everyone can be close, but still have their own personal space. Refresh in the heated pool and spa, play badminton, pick fruit from the trees and then watch the stars come out around the fire pit.

Minutes from everything Palm Springs has to offer while being just far enough away to experience your Zen-like oasis.It’s a three-minute drive from the airport entrance. Walk to nearby Demuth Park. Or a five-minute drive gets you to all the nightlife, dining, culture and shopping of downtown Palm Springs. For nature lovers, there are well-marked hiking trails leading to beautiful vistas less than five minutes by car.

Living areas
Relax in the sunlit living area, furnished with a sofa, two chic chairs and two comfy armchairs. Watch favorite shows on the 55” TV with cable. In addition to the five bedrooms, there is a bonus family room with a sofa, two stylish chairs, 32” TV and access to the pool deck – great for kids or folks that want a little more privacy.

Kitchen and dining options
The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full suite of quality appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator with ice maker. Gather for festive vacation meals at the eight-seat dining table (extra chairs available.) Outside, there’s a second dining table – just steps from the kitchen – for pool-side feasts or festive happy hours.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The home features two master bedrooms. One is enormous … easily accommodating the two (yes, two!) California king beds, a seating area with two armchairs, a 42” TV, and two sets of French doors that lead to both a private patio and the pool deck. The en-suite master bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

• The second master bedroom – queen bed, 32” TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
• The third and fourth bedrooms – queen beds, 32” TVs and access to a patio, with adjacent bathroom offering a tub/shower combination
• The fifth bedroom – provides access to the master bedroom and features a queen bed, love seat, 32” TV, access to a patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
• An additional guest bathroom off the family room area includes a tub/shower combination

The outdoor space
What really makes the place is the large outdoor area with pool and spa, umbrella-shaded lounge chairs and a covered patio dining area. Unlike many other places, you control the pool operations with a simple remote – no complicated mechanicals.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high cost of gas heat, we will have to charge an additional $50/day to heat the pool from October through May. Please let us know if you would like the pool to be heated and we will request the funds through VRBO once your reservation has been made.

Other outside areas:
