We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, bright and convenient home! It was exactly what we needed for our visit to attend a family memorial. Tori was very helpful and easy to reach if we had questions. We highly recommend this rental if your travelling to Blaine.
My family of 4 stayed her for a wedding over 4th of July weekend. The town really gets into the celebration with a good size parade. This home provides everything you need for your stay. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Both bedrooms, living room and master bathroom has tvs with lots of channels. Cute downtown with several shops, restaurants and bar. There is a grocery store IGA) nearby. Tori was quick to respond with all my questions and gave great suggestions with the local cuisine.
Traveling from out of town to spend time with my family for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Great place plenty of room to cook a traditional Thanksgiving meal and enjoy with my whole
Family. I would Definitely recommend this home to anyone.
This lovely house provided a very nice quiet break from the bustle of the city. Everything you might want for your stay is provided, even sharp knives and spices! The location is convenient to walking paths and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Beds were comfortable and comfortable living room.
A few issues :not enough toilet paper and the cleaners didn’t do a good job : unwiped counters, hair in the bath tub and Kleenex box left to look full but only 1 tissue in the box. But in saying all that we would stay here again. The location is an easy walk to town.
The host was very communicative.
This was a good location, especially with kids. Big fenced back yard plus a playground less than a block away. Rode bikes to the downtown Blaine area. Easy drive to Birch Bay park, Semiahmoo Spit, Bellingham, and Vancouver. The house was perfectly fine! Big walk in closet made for a good toddler bedroom.
We had a great stay. The house was very clean, directions were clear as what to do, empty garbage, recycle, etc. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with so many extras--a full spice drawer with tons of spices (none of them were past the best buy date), games, two coffee pots, decaf coffee, etc. There was also some supplies probably left by otbers such as saran wrap, aluminum foil, that we could use. The kitchen also had lots of pots and pans. The neighborhood was very quiet. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
This home is updated and the bed was super comfortable. The two desks make for awesome bbqing.
The bay is just a quick walk (2 blocks) and a park is less than that!
The home is complete with everything you would need for your stay, and some extra! (basketball, football, games.....)
My husband I and another couple had a lovely stay at this cute rancher house. When we saw this cute house from outside we just fell in love with it. When we entered the house it was just what we were looking forward to.
This house was totally clean. So bright as there are skylights in the living room. Loved the kitchen and the whole area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything...name it cutlery knives serving spoons, scissors, ziploc bags etc. You will love it. the spice cabinet was awesome though we did not need to use any as we cooked food and brought. All we did was just warm up the food.
We met with the Manager cute lady Tami. Bless her she has taken real good care of this property. There are decks on either sides of the house. Very clean. The backyard is awesome. Well kept. There is a computer in the room where I guess kids can play their games or you can check your emails. Very cozy and comfortable.
They have a bed that folds into a cabinet. That was smart. It looked so neat and tidy. Bedrooms were awesome too.
My husband and I slept in the queen bedroom I found the bed a bit too high for a person my height. I'm 5.2 feet. But comfortable beds. The bathroom/washroom were absolutely smelling fresh and clean. She also had a shower cap. I had forgotten to carry mine. So thank you Tami. We went on our walks to the Pier so beautiful.
Loved the house. Tami you take a lot of trouble to keep it clean for all that rent this place. Thank you very much.
My in laws said the house was great. It was pet friendly, roomy and close to our house in Blaine. It would be nice if there were a few amenities such as breakfast bars or packaged food and a few drinks in the fridge. Maybe something Washington or Whatcom county. But overall they enjoyed the comforts of the home.
We had a wonderful stay at this home. The host thought of everything, as there wasn’t anything we didn’t have. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the cookware, dishes and utensils needed to cook in. The beds were extra comfy, and the added bonus is the fully fenced backyard with two decks for relaxing! We would definitely stay here again.
This house was in the perfect location for us, as we were flying into Seattle and spending a day in Vancouver. We were able to cross the border easily in the morning without any issues. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. I highly recommend!
This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood very near the Canadian border. Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral and didn't get to enjoy the two beautiful decks that were furnished on either side of the house. The house was well appointed , but we basically just slept there. We wished we'd had more time to enjoy it and the beautiful area.
My partner and I, along with four other family members, booked this home for a wedding weekend in Blaine. Before our arrival, Tori was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in, details about the home, and house rules, making everything easy and stress-free.
When we arrived, we were greeted by the peaceful serenity of the neighborhood and a spacious, well-maintained home, exactly as pictured. It was the perfect size for the six of us to enjoy a few relaxing days together. The kids loved the large, wrap-around backyard, while the adults took full advantage of the BBQ area and soaked in the calming sounds of nature.
The location was ideal—a short five-minute walk to the beach and a scenic 20-minute stroll into town along Peace Portal Drive. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a quiet escape. We can’t wait to book this home again in the future.
