Our family gets together in Blaine every year for our grandson’s birthday and have to say this is our favorite VRBO to date! Super clean with nice amenities — the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. The outside deck is amazing! We ate dinner out there both nights — gorgeous view!Only negative was the living room seating — couch was definitely not comfortable and too small for a house that sleeps 10.Overall however, a big fan of our stay!!!

Birch Bay Bliss

The perfect place to stay in Birch Bay! I love how close we were to the beach. It had everything we needed. It was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The house had everything we needed and more from cookware & utinsils & seasonings to plenty of towels, extra pillows & blankets. There were board games, puzzles and books, patio furniture, some beach toys. The house was clean and well kept and it is literally steps from the beach. My disabled grandparents were able to come in & out of the house fairly easily.

Gorgeous beach house

We loved this property, the location was perfect, we enjoyed both sunrise and sunset Everyone was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped There was a large table inside and out for sitting down together to enjoy meals, complete with views of the ocean I would choose this property again

A fun stay for the whole family. The home is comfortable, roomy and enough beds for everyone. Great kitchen to work in with pretty much everything we needed. The deck is the best part with a great view of the water, tables with umbrellas and chairs to lounge on. For us the bonus was beautiful weather the whole time!

BirchBay Paradise

We booked this oceanfront property for a 3 day “Girls trip” and we were all very happy with it!it was super clean, which is important to us, so thumbs up there! The view is spectacular with waves, tides, birds and sunsets to watch in peace! The management was very friendly and kept in touch very well. We will definitely book this home if we come back to visit!

Very beautiful location and living space!

We were right on the beach and walked to restaurants/karaoke bar. I was able to run along the coast right from the house. Nice neighborhood, safe feel. Very clean spacious home with nice kitchen and all the things we needed to cook. And a beautiful deck with nice seating for all of us.

Amazingly Beautiful house by the Bay

We had a family wedding in Custer and looked for a house to rent for several family members. This house is amazing. We didn't get to do much around Birch Bay besides enjoy the house and sit out on deck. We will be back and enjoy the area. Our contact was great to talk with. I just can't say enough about how perfect this house is. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Lots of seating for eating. Great tv and movies to watch. 4 patio doors to open for a nice breeze or to listen to everything going on outside. I wasn't ready to leave but we will rent it again and I know other family members will be doing the same. Thanks for having a great place to stay.

Great time in Birch Bay

My wife, toddler and newborn had a great stay at this house which is actually nicer than in the photos. There is a master bedroom downstairs with its own closet and bathroom and another bathroom near the front entrance. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with two beds. Both the upstairs bedrooms had their own TV though the master bedroom also has a blu-ray player. All bedrooms have ceiling fans which is nice because the house can get a little warm. If you open up all the windows though the cool breeze off the water really helps. The furniture is what you would expect from a house that was probably bought with renting in mind. So in other words, nothing too high end. The beds were comfortable though which is always a huge plus. The kitchen was nice and had all the essentials you will need though obviously bring your own food. The property manager left us a few bags of candy and bottled water which was definitely a nice touch. There is lots of space in the living room and there is a big TV with another DVD player. The highlight of course is the water and the outside patio which overlooks it. All together it was a really nice stay. Birch Bay itself is very quiet so it’s perfect for a romantic geteaway or if you are looking for a place near the water. In closing, we had a great time and would stay here again

We would love to stay again!

The house is lovely, the beach is right there! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, A/C and wifi. That checks my important wants. Of course, 3 bathrooms is a bonus with 4 small kids with us.We spent hours just sitting on the large deck watching the sky and the beach. Wonderful!

Wonderful time , at a great house!!

My wife and me rented the house and family who is in the area came down and stayed for a couple of days. Everything was great for our stay as the house had everything you could possible want and need!!Location in perfect as it is within walking distance of eaterys , coffee shops and a brewery. View was great as it was right on the water. Went clamming at state park that was only 5 miles from house, All in all a really great experience, would rent again!!!
