This two bedroom two bath villa located in a gated community is on the ground floor with stunning views of Semiahmoo Bay, Vancouver Island, the city lights of White Rock and the Peace Arch. Every morning you will wake up to sailboats, seal, eagles, blue heron and every once in a while, whale sightings. Just 45 minutes south of Vancouver, B.C. and 90 minutes north of Seattle, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, bonfires and swimming are yours for the taking . Hello! Thanks for reaching out! We just love the beach! We love making memories with our family in this gorgeous place. We search for shells and watch sunsets and sit around the bonfire here at Semiahmoo. We spy seals, ride bikes, swim and kayak on this amazing spit. We go on long walks and host friends for barbecues. We eat at the amazing restaurants nearby and splurge at the resort spa. There are countless outdoor adventures as well as a spa, tennis courts, pickle ball, golf, a marina and more. This place that has become so special to us, can now become special to you. Mi casa es su casa.

This is a one of a kind property where only a handful of vacation properties are allowed. It is located on a spit, unique in the Pacific Northwest and a destination place for weddings and getaways. This home away from home is nestled between Semiahmoo Bay and Drayton Harbor with spectacular views of Mt. Baker and White Rock. It is near to Vancouver and Seattle. It is a walk away from a resort where you can access all it's amenities and yet have a 2 bedroom place to stay right on the water with your very own kitchen and living room, shaded back patio and walk out front patio. There is a volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, and BBQ. You can explore the outdoors, chill and read a book or enjoy the night life at Packer's at the resort. You will feel at home, experience rest and play and want to come back the minute you leave!
