The house is accurately described in the listing. It is very clean, in and outside the property. It has an open-concept setup, perfect for gathering. Centrally located to all amenities, such as eateries, bars and the beach.I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Beautiful home, well maintained, clean, modern furnishings and kitchen, relaxing and very comfortable. We were here a month. Great weather in August with nice breezes off the ocean. Beautiful sunsets over the ocean. Close to a cobble beach with a nice hike and bike trail adjacent to the beach road. Good walking trails in the adjacent abandoned golf course and adjoining woods. Close to Mt. Baker, Larrabee and Whatcom Lake state parks and Vancouver, Canada. Our visit proved surprisingly noisy from demolition of a property below us, and a Karaoke singer many afternoons. None the less, we would recommend this property!

Thank you for your great review. A month is a real test of a house and we're glad it held up for you. Your notes on the cobble beach trail, the old golf course and the day trips are more useful to future guests than anything we'd write ourselves. We looked into the construction you heard. It's a project on Birch Bay Drive below us, converting an older property into a public library, and the teardown of two outbuildings was the first phase of the work. A local library is a fair trade in the end. The karaoke we can claim neither credit nor blame for, though we'd have voted for different afternoons. Sorry if it was a bother. Come back anytime. We'd love to host you again!
