Great location, stocked kitchen (including snacks!) comfortable furniture and beds and great location! We loved our stay and the owner was awesome and made himself available for any questions if needed. We’d love to stay again!

Also the location was in a quiet area so we were not disturbed by the rowdiness of downtown state college haha. Very accessible location for game day weekends. This townhouse is all decked out in Penn State decor, and came with everything imaginable to make our stay comfortable. Very convenient location.

I stayed for a few weeks while I was between apartments and still working on research. Overall a great experience. The house is clean and well stocked. Check in/out is is simple and communication with the host is smooth. The bus runs right by and shopping/restaurants are a short drive away. 10/10 would do schoolwork here again!

Great Penn State Location

Property is amazing for visits to Penn State. Close to many delicious restaurants, bowling, Sweetfrog and Penn State. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept very well. The owner was extremely nice and very responsive to messages. The Penn State decor was nice but not over done and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay and we look forward to coming back soon.

Weekend getaway

Perfect place for a weekend getaway at PSU. Conveniently close to campus and about a 10-12$ Uber ride to downtown. House was clean with all the necessary amenities. Convenient parking right outside the door and total privacy in a very quiet neighborhood. John was very helpful and had all the necessary instructions available. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Convenient to Football Game

Spent weekend with my adult children. Easy access to the stadium for some epic tailgating. Unit is full of Penn State decoration and spirit. John is a great Host and very easy to communicate with. One of the most well stocked VRBOs I’ve stayed in.

Very pleased with our stay! House was extremely clean, and well organized with everything you can think of in the kitchen, bathroom and throughout! Everything is labeled so not only easy to locate things, but helped when returning to its proper place. Great PSU and seasonal decor! The location is a short drive to campus and shopping centers. Great townhouse

Stayed with a group of friends for white out weekend. Great location! Owner emailed check in instructions and texted to make sure everything was ok at the house. So easy. Kitchen was well equipped and cabinets were labeled so everything was easy to find! Kuerig with variety of kcups was a really nice bonus!

Awesome graduation weekend!!

This place was in an awesome location! John has thought of everything you might need. Every cabinet is labeled. Amenities in kitchen, bathrooms were abundant. If you forget something, don’t worry about it! Quaint backyard was adequate for 15 people. We brought some extra chairs which worked perfect. I will definitely book again when needed. Great experience!
