Great street parking but car must be registered. Great location very close to the U street Metro station. Nice comfortable apartment for 2 people. Some noise above mainly around 7 AM when someone must have woke up. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Close to restaurants, WholeFoods and Trader Joes. Overall a great experience for visiting DC.
The lower level apartment was clean and as pictured. It’s really close to the metro, stores, and restaurants plus had everything needed to cook meals throughout our stay. The neighborhood was cute and felt very safe. The host and his wife were helpful and responsive. We’d definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.
The space was perfect for my husband and me to spend the week. We were able to walk to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods to get groceries to prepare in the full kitchen. Wal-Mart also delivered there. It was clean and all necessities were provided. The host was very helpful and responsive. The location is a great neighborhood and only a block from the U Street train stop. Highly recommend!!
Hershel was very easy to work with, very prompt with any questions we had. The rental was very clean, plenty of space for two, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, location was great.

Comfortable basement apartment in a great location
This comfortable apartment is close to the 14th street restaurant district and U street corridor, a great location. The bed was comfy and the kitchen and laundry, handy.
Stayed for 5 nights and the convenience to the Green line couldn't be better. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Space was spotless and enjoyed that it had a full kitchen and bath for being a lower unit.

We loved having access to groceries nearby and being able to cook our own meals—it really made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. My 11 year old son and I came to visit DC for a week, and this was the perfect spot for our "home base". Metro station right around the corner, MANY food options markets within walking distance. Very safe neighborhood!Highly Recommend
