CLAMADOR Residence - Superb apartment on the ground floor of approximately 46 M² overlooking gardens, beach 450M away, shops on site. Entrance, separate toilet, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, large living room with convertible sofa for 2 people, cabin area with bunk beds, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace of approximately 16m², garden of 50m².
Basement garage: Length 5.30m x width 3.40m
Everything is within walking distance: the beach, shops, the town center for the southern market, boat trips and evening strolls, the funfair, and entertainment for young and old. Everything is there to ensure you have a great vacation.
A €400 deposit via bank imprint will be required before your stay. Pets allowed: €50 supplement - Tourist tax extra
NOT PROVIDED: household linen, consumables (cleaning products)
