About this property

Villa with sea view a few steps from the beach

Villa CAS is close to the beautiful Hermosa Beach of Santa Teresa. It is ideal for couples and families or group of friends. Our house has an impressive view of the sea and the tropical forest, which surrounds it, in addition to a beautiful infinity pool 3 x 10 m where you can swim and enjoy the view. There is also a large terrace and a lounge area with a sofa and a giant tensioned hammock to relax. A beautiful short path (3 minutes through the jungle) will take you to the beach and the town.
There are 3 bedrooms in the house, the main one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed and one with a queen size bed and two bunk beds. There is also a sofa that converts into a double bed and upstairs two more people can sleep in the living room. A single bed can be accommodated in the main room if necessary.

Nice stay

We had a 1 week stay that was very nice. Good location walkable to beach and a few cafes and a store. The house was very clean and the manger was excellent. The layout is very nice with seperate spaces upper and lower and a large table overlooking the pool and partial ocean view. A couple more fans, towels and microwave would be nice.

Great house & team

The house was just what we needed. Played board games on the big table, each couple had its own bathroom. The pool is lovely!

Amazing house next to the best Beach!

We had a great visit. The property is located directly across from Playa Hermosa a few minutes north of Santa Teresa. So it was nice to be close to great surfing but not right in the hustle of ST. There is a pizza place, french Cafe and grocery store within walking distance. Our host Sergio was amazing and he was always available to answer any questions we might have. I highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful, Fun, Good waves, Jungle feel.

We really enjoyed our 10 day 5 Star visit to this house. The infinity pool and the view were fabulous. Monkeys, butterflies, and lush jungle like feel made for an exotic atmosphere for our vacation. The rainy season weather did not dampen the fun. The house can easily accommodate 6-8 persons, plenty of room and personal space. Before renting this facility I would enquire about the ongoing construction next door which was 6AM to 5 PM 7 days a week and somewhat annoying. Finding this place was not easy and we received little assistance from the manager. The washing machine is only available at a fee. Otherwise we were enchanted completely. Consistent glassy surf and great food in local restaurants added to the fun!

Beautiful Villa

We had a great time staying at this amazing property. The pool and decks were amazing, with beautiful views of the jungle and ocean. Sergio and Allejandro were very helpful and easy to communicate with, and the property is very well maintained. We hope to be back in the not too distant future!
