Brand new, and completely updated! Two bedroom two bath unit in a beautiful gated complex with every amenity imaginable. Come dip your toes in the sand at this month rental! Two pools, tennis court, hot tub, gorgeous gym, Wi-Fi, large smart TV, and spotless. The condominium is approximately 1500 sq feet. In the unit is a king size bed in the master, with a walk in closet and a large master bath. The second bedroom has two double beds, a walk in closet and bath. A full size washer and dryer are at your disposal in the unit, as well as a convenient trash chute. You won’t be disappointed!!! Our unit is comfy, fresh, brand new, and spotless!

Our stay was generally good. Our host responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful. However we had a few issues. Specifically with construction noises and a pretty uncomfortable modular sitting area.

Tradewinds Rental

We really enjoyed our stay here at The Tradewinds. The owner was great to work with. This unit is in the quieter part of NSB and right on the ocean. You couldn’t get any closer. The amenities at this condo were excellent. We hope to return as soon as possible.
