Charming 3 1/2 room apartment nestled in the wooded attic of the 4th floor, in the heart of the resort and in the immediate vicinity of the shops, with a bus stop only 50 meters away. This apartment full of character enjoys a beautiful view and offers a warm and practical setting.It consists of a living room with TV and access to the balcony, leading to two alcoves: one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen, completely renovated in December 2022, is perfectly equipped. An independent bedroom with two single beds and sink completes the main sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.The apartment also has an adjoining studio with two trundle beds, a kitchenette, a washing machine, a dryer and a bathroom with toilet.An outdoor parking space is included. Please note that the building does not have a lift. Pets allowed on request. -- The keys are available from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at our agency : Rue de la Poste 23. The property was as described but the five flights of stairs were rough with luggage/ equipment. The house come with absolutely no basics so have those delivered if you're arriving late. The cleaning instructions were ridiculous; having to strip beds and clean bathrooms before leaving is not some thing that has ever been asked at a Vrbo in my experience.
