About this property

Vacation home 200 metres from the small beach in the Golfe du Morbihan

High Savoyard that we are, we had a real crush on this Neo-Breton house that we bought in 2018. We have done work and refreshments, we also offer to enjoy! It will welcome you simply but you will be seduced by its friendliness. Ideally located, 300 meters from the small beach, the port of Port Navalo and shops, 1km from Arzon and 1km600 from the port of Crouësty. The house offers 3 bedrooms upstairs and a functional bathroom. On the ground floor, a kitchen open to the living room, bathroom back to the beach. The access by the kitchen to the small sheltered garden will allow you to organize BBQ or Plancha of the catch of the day? (There are good butchers too or fishmongers and fishermen nearby!) Internet connection - shorter stays may be possible with additional concierge fees. Household support on request: flat rate 100 euros.

We had a real "favorite" on this Neo-Breton house that we bought in March 2018. We have done full renovations and refreshments making the house modern and fully equipped. We had the pleasure to experience this new set which we are now making for you and yours. The house is really welcoming and you will be seduced by its friendliness.

Ideally located at Port Navalo, you'll be 300 meters away from the beach, the port and shops. You'll be 1km from Arzon and a mile away from the port of Le Crouësty.

The house offers 3 bedrooms and a functional bathroom at the first floor. On the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen with BBQs or Planchas, perhaps with the catch of the day from the ocean? (do not worry, if a day you're not a great butchers or fishmongers and fishermen nearby!).

The kitchen is also open to the living room and has a direct access to a second bathroom "back-from-the-beach".

WIFI and Internet connection available and plenty of other equipment which are listed on this web page.

Shorter stays are possible, but they would require an additional concierge fee. Household support and other services are also available on demand.

Top ist die Lage des Hauses, die Umgebung sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider wurde vor unserer Ankunft Anti-Fliegenspray versprĂŒht, was auf dem Mobiliar und Fußboden einen schmierigen Film hinterließ. Insgesamt ein etwas unaufgerĂ€umtes Haus. Verschimmeltes Marmeladenglas im offenen Regal. Es steht viel rum. Ein no-go waren die KĂŒchenschaben im Erdgeschoss. Laut Vermieterin sei dies auf der Halbinsel aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen normal sei.

tres bon emplacement. Service déplorable. 2 BBQ trÚs sales, pas de confort exterieur pour se détendre, livret d'accueil découvert dans un coin plusieurs jours apres notre arrivée. pas de possibilités de suspendre les vetements dans les chambres. des détails qui changent tout lorsque nous arrivons dans une location. en conclusion nous avons beaucoup aimé Port Navalo mais regrettons ce manque de soin porté à l'accueil et au confort des vacanciers.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Bien située pour visiter cette belle région. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le port et son beau marché les vendredis juste à cÎté de la maison. La plancha super ! Petit bémol, il manque un congélateur sinon c'était top! Merci

Cette maison est situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© du bord de mer et des chemins cĂŽtiers. Nous y avons passĂ© une semaine de vacances agrĂ©able mais nous regrettons quand mĂȘme que la maison n'ait pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©parĂ©e pour notre arrivĂ©e (mĂ©nage, jardinage).
