We’ve been coming to OBX since the early 90s and this home was one of our favorites. We would definitely stay again!

pretty amazing location with well stocked kitchen. maybe could update some mattresses but all decor was tastefully done. loved the easy access to the beach and the view couldnt be beat.

We had an amazing vacation with my parents and my brother’s family! The space was tremendous. Lots of room to move around and find your quiet spot if needed. The pool was great. We spent a lot of time together there. And we’re able to fit everyone at the big table. The view was phenomenal!Couple small things to be aware of: the walk over the dune to beach was a bit of a challenge, esp for older folks. And there is little to no shade on the pool deck. We ended up using a beach umbrella placed on one of the lounge chairs. We had a great time. Definitely recommend.

Spring break- upstate NY

Sugar Magnolia was a great house for our two families to stay while on break. Location was great, near by everything. Beach was relaxing, no one really on it. We had the whole beach to ourselves. The house was great with plenty of space for our two families to do whatever we wanted.

Fabulous

We went to Nags Head, meeting our children and young grandchildren for a weeks vacation. The house was perfect, clean, lots of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. While we did some sightseeing and tourist things, we mostly hung out at the beach or in the pool. It was a wonderful watching all 3 grandchildren make great strides in their swimming skills.Thank you for providing a base for a vacation to remember!

Great location. It felt remote but you were only a few minutes from everything. The layout of the house worked well for our family. Young family stayed on ground floor. It was like a separate apartment. Grandparents stayed on third floor so they didn't have to climb as many stairs throughout the day. The house was dirty. Granddaughter's knees and hands were black every time she crawled. It was windy and a bunch of sand blew in the pool. We thought someone would come clean it but they didn't. Wifi was horrible. Only a few TVs could be on at the same time. If you have to work while staying here, bring your own hot spot.

Enjoyed the property immensely, great location for touring both ends of OBX, home is very comfortable with lots of space for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds comfortable and hosts were friendly and prompt in answering any questions. Would rent again with a large group.

7 days at MP 18.7

The property was as advertised. There were a few issues. The locks on the sliding glass doors were difficult to operate. The top floor sliding glass door jumped the track mid week, but we were able to rectify. Also, there is some sort of poison, not sure if ivy, oak, or sumac, growing up the northeast corner of the decks and onto the second deck. It has copper leaves that have an oily appearance. We did call maintenance regarding a broken latch on the gate leading from the pool area to the dune deck. They responded the next morning and fixed it immediately and he was very cordial. The WiFi speed could be increased as many times TVs and other devices would need to stop for buffering, and sometimes needed a total reboot. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed this rental.
