The Islander 212 Heated Pool- Hot Tub- Pickle Ball - Washer & Dryer

Avoid the elevators with Islander Condo #212 for easy access to the parking lot and the quick walk to the gorgeous white sand of Destin’s beach. This condo sleeps up to 6 people with a beautiful sunset view from your west-facing private balcony overlooking one of the two onsite pools.

New updates for 2023 include a Washer/Dryer unit and walk-in shower in the fully renovated primary bathroom and LVP flooring in both bedrooms!

Condo 212 is nicely furnished with 3 flat screen TVs, new lighting, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, new furniture in the dining room and bedrooms; plantation shutters in both bedrooms, and a coastal, relaxed feel throughout! The kitchen is complete with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove and oven, and dishwasher. You’ll also have all the dishes, silverware, and accessories you need to prepare your favorite meals.

The open Living Room has a 65” flat-screen HDTV, comfortable seating, and a couch that unfolds into a Queen Sofa Sleeper with a Memory Foam Gel Mattress so your extra guests can sleep easy.

The Primary Bedroom has a King bed with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress and a 26” flat-screen HDTV.

The Secondary Bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed with a 31” flat-screen HDTV and DVD player.

All units are non-smoking and don’t allow pets. Complementary beach amenities include 2 chairs and an umbrella from an on-duty attendant (March 1st to October 31st) who will also facilitate extra beach activities for a fee.

Great family vacation!

We had a great time while in Florida visiting my son who Ison the Air Force and meeting up with family. The condo was very nice and great access to the pool and beach and several restaurants.

Great family vacation spot

The overall size and feel of the condo was amazing. Perfect size for our family of five. The property was easy to navigate as well and in a secluded neighborhood which was nice. Getting to the beach was an easy walk. Perfect spot for a quite get away.

Great Customer Service

There was an issue with A/C the day we were scheduled to check-in, and the manager called in the morning to let us know. She worked with us to move to another unit with the same requirements and allowed an early check-in. Everyone was super friendly and helpful during our short stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Condo

Clean condo with comfortable beds and sectional. Nice beach decor and plenty of room for our family. We felt at home. Easy access to our car, the pool and the beach. Loved that we got 2 beach chairs and umbrella included daily. Easy check in/out. Everything that we needed for cooking was in the kitchen. In unit washer/dryer was so nice. Great location close to deep sea fishing, the Destin boardwalk and grocery stores. We recommend Boshamps Seafood and Oyster Bar, The Back Porch and Que Pasa Mex(Their Coconut margarita is amazing) It was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

The Islander is in a great location and has nice amenities for kids of varying interests. My only recommendation would be to post check-out instructions in the room and/or email them out much earlier. We had already left before we received that email. Would highly recommend!
