About this property

Village house located 500 meters from the sandy beach

At the heart of the Landing sites and walking access to a beach of 15km of fine sand, between Courseulles and Port en Bessin near Caen and Bayeux with its cathedral and tapestry, a pleasant semi-detached cottage with terrace (Garden furniture , parasol barbecue) and small private garden.
Ground floor: kitchen: Microwave, Dishwasher, combi fridge freezer, Senseo, living room (TV, DVD, Hi-Fi-WIFI), bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine. Floor: WC 2 rooms (1 = bed 140, 1 = BZ 140 Dunlopillo + bed mezzanine 0. 90),. Baby equipment on request. Possibility rental sheets and towels. Private parking. 1,5km from Arromanches and 1km from Asnelles from all shops.

On your arrival you will have to pay to the owner:
-A deposit of 300 € refundable
-The tourist tax of 0. 80 € per adult and per night
-The end of stay cleaning option of 35 € if you wish
-The linen option of 10 € if you wish
-The bed linen and towels option of 10 € per person if you wish.
These three options will be noted on the reservation contract that we will send you.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, das Haus ist wie beschrieben und eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Umgebung aber auch zu Fuß konnte einiges erreicht werden, insbesondere der Strand und von dort aus Arramonches und Asnelles.

Perfektes Urlaub

Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar und mit Hund einfach perfekt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und gut mit Auto zu erreichen. Kein Turisten Tumult. Es war ein toller Urlaub in der Normandie. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Comme la location n'était pas louée avant notre arrivée Mme LANGLOIS nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt. Une bouteille de cidre et de jus de fruit frais à notre arrivée dans le frigidaire on ne voit pas ça partout. Merci ENCORE
