House 6 people 50 m from the beach pets welcome

The house is ideally located 50 from the beautiful sandy beach of Kerleven (supervised in season)
The ground floor of the house was completely renovated this winter and offers the benefits of a new house. The living room is very bright and has parquet floors. It is open to a new fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor, multifunction oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer ..) and to the TV lounge (free WIFI). On this level you also find a bedroom (160 bed) with dressing room and a bathroom.
Upstairs: mezzanine, bedroom (160 cm bed), bedroom (2 x 80 cm beds) and shower room.
Two wooden terraces with deckchairs and garden furniture.
The house is friendly, comfortable and allows you to spend a holiday in peace.
You will appreciate the enclosed garden of about 600 mÂČ to let children and your pets play safely.

Small shop and bread depot opposite the house in season, Pizzas and take-out meals 50m away.

For your walks and hikes:
Port la ForĂȘt is a renowned marina and home port for great sailors. Many activities are offered there in season. You will find a sailing school but also restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors ...
The Fouesnant Forest at 2 km is accessible by coastal path from Port la ForĂȘt and offers all local shops as well as a Sunday morning market all year round.
For hikers you also have the possibility of reaching Concarneau and its walled town (6 km), Beg-Meil and Fouesnant by the GR 34 from the beach of Kerleven 50 m from the house,
For amateurs, the Golf de Cornouaille is 2km from the house.

The place to stay

Just perfect

We have just returned from a week at this delightful house in Forest Fouesnant, Brittany. Everything was perfect, the house had everything anyone could want. The exterior was also well furnished and it even had its own red shade. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach of white sand. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did

Very cosy house between the sea and nature

Very cose house, well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were welcomed by Carole who was very friendly. Dogs are accepted in this accomodation and the enclosed garden was just perfect for this. The house is situated at a walking distance from the sea. We made also walks and bike tours in this beautiful reagion surrounded by so much nature. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

This is a very nice two-story holiday house, and we can fully recommend it. It is fully renovated, in excellent condition, well furnished, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, fridge, etc. and there is a washing machine as well as a dryer. The house easily fits 6 people, up to 8 would be possible (but slightly crowded). Ground floor windows have electric shades. All appliances are in very good condition and fully functional. Sylvie (the owner) was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we had a problem with the dishwasher, she got it rapidly fixed – thank you. The beach (Kerleven) is within “real” walking distance (50m down the road), nothing special but a nice walk-to-from-the-house beach. Easy parking inside the fenced property (up to 2 cars). We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every single day. Nothing to complain about, absolutely highly recommendable.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Garten, nur ein Katzensprung zum Strand

maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle

maison trĂšs proche de la mer, l'environnement du jardin exotique est superbe, il est grand et bien entretenu, la terrasse est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. le sĂ©jour spacieux pour 6 personnes, le salon cosy avec 2 fauteuils et 1 lit banquette (un peu haut pour nous) pour s'y assoir, les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est trĂšs confortable, les 2 salles d'eaux sont trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©es (manque peut ĂȘtre un store occultant sur velux de la salle d'eau a l’étage) le cadre, le calme et la praticitĂ© de la maison nous ont permis de passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette jolie maison.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wir haben uns vom1.Augenblick an zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Lage, die NĂ€he zum Strand und zu StĂ€dten wie Concarneau und Quimper und zum nĂ€chsten Golfplatz ist perfekt. Das Haus ist unbedingt zu empfehlen!
