You can launch one of the provided kayaks onto the pristine waters, then return to play board games against friends or family (or boot up the gaming system). Prepare dinner in the full kitchen along with the gas grill and dine al-fresco before gathering around the wood-burning fireplace to stream movies on the flatscreen TV. Enjoy a fun night of cards in the poker room then settle into the home's massage chair to enjoy a good novel. Complimentary WiFi & cable provide causal entertainment, while a private washer/dryer round out your home's essentials.

This home is located on the shores of the lake, so swimming, boating, kayaking, and more are at your fingertips. Lake Anna Winery is seven-and-a-half miles away and Lake Anna State Park, which offers a sand beach, playground, and pavilions, is just further at eleven-and-a-half miles from your door.

One stand-up paddleboard and one paddle boat are available for guests.
A boat launch is available at Dukes Creek Marina. Pleasants Landing is another local marina where guests can launch.
The boat slip is not available for guest use - guests can tie their boat to the side of the dock.

Dock details: There is a dock for mooring a boat at the waterfront (also a sunning area).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
