With nearly two acres of open space and the Seneca River flowing right past your doorstep, this cozy cottage is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for a mix of tranquility and adventure.

Bring your boat or rent one nearby—Riverside Retreat has everything a boater could ask for. A private on-site boat launch makes getting on the water a breeze, and the large dock can accommodate multiple boats. You'll have direct access to Seneca Lake in less than a quarter mile, and just across the river you'll find a full-service marina for fuel, supplies, and bait. Whether you're here to fish, cruise, or simply soak in the scenery, this location couldn't be better.

Inside, you'll feel right at home. The open living area features skylights, wood floors, and large windows that fill the space with natural light and views of the canal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy meal prep—ample counter space, quality cookware, and plenty of room to gather while dinner's in progress. Enjoy a casual breakfast before heading out for the day, or share a Finger Lakes wine tasting at the dining table as the sun sets over the water.

The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind with plush seating and views of the river. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching herons and ducks drift by or to curl up with a good book after a day on the lake.

Three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, and the third features a full-size futon—ideal for kids or an additional guest. The home's bathroom includes a combination tub and shower and carries a subtle nautical touch that fits perfectly with the canal setting.

Outside, you'll find plenty of ways to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A spacious patio offers outdoor dining and lounging areas, and the expansive yard is great for games, picnics, or simply relaxing in the sun. **Your safety matters to us! Riverside Retreat has outside security camera that faces toward the driveway. The camera does not look into any interior living areas.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs under 30 lbs each allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog. Dogs must be crated when left unattended.
