2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Double Balcony. The primary bedroom has a King size bed & a Full size Futon. The Second bedroom has two Full sized beds (arranged as a bunk bed).

This 2-bedroom 2-bath condominium has a large balcony with one of the best views of the Comal River. The unit has been remodeled with granite countertops, new sinks, and a new microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, wine glasses, and insulated Bubba cups for use on the river. Flat screen TVs are on the walls in all rooms, and free Wi-Fi is available. A double recliner sofa and two other recliners make the living room a nice place to relax. The Master bedroom has a King bed, Full size futon and sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony. The Second bedroom has two Full sized beds (arranged as a bunk bed). Sleeps 8. No Smoking. No Pets.

~What To Bring~
Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. We place two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and two trash bags in the kitchen, some dish soap and small bars of bath soap; be sure to bring additional supplies you may need.
***Note- You will need to bring clean up and river towels. Our towels are for bathing purposes only. We do NOT offer towel exchange. Stained/torn linens are subject to damage deposit.

Towels- See below for the amount of bath towels you will be given for your stay. You will need to bring additional towels if you think you will need more.

~Rules of the Condominium Complex~
Wristbands required on property.
No Walk In Guests allowed. Only guests with wristbands are allowed on property.
No BBQ grills or cookers allowed on premises per city ordinance, especially not on balconies.
No fireworks or bonfires per city ordinance.
QUIET TIME - 11 pm. Quiet time includes condos, balconies, grounds, pool and parking lot.
All vehicles must have River Run specific Parking Tags - Condo # and expiration date required.
No life guards on duty. Swimming at individual risk.
Hallways, corridors and stairwells shall NOT be blocked in any manner to include tubes or ice chests per fire code.
Pool furniture NOT to be removed from gated pool area.
Luggage carts to be returned to ground floor after use.
No glass objects allowed in the river area grounds or in pool area.
Pool Hours: 9 am - 11 pm. Pool may be closed from time to time for emergency maintenance.
No Subletting permitted.
