First time to Hamptons

My family came out for a few days. It was our first time in the Hamptons area. The house is in a great location. It’s a short walk to a beach and an easy drive into East Hampton or Montauk. The house was clean, neighborhood was very quiet and the host was helpful throughout the trip.

Wonderful stay!

Lucky to have last minute found this perfect property! The interior was super clean - the bathrooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. We spent a lot of time by the pool as well. Do not skip out on going to the private beach, we watched the most stunning sunset. Kaitlin was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and flexible. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The home is beautifully done, bright and very comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and playing in the yard. We really enjoyed the location which was in walking distance to a private beach, and a close drive to some great restaurants and food shops. The owner was so warm, welcoming and attentive! We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this property!

Spectacular

I would like to address the ease of renting. Vrbos website was great. The host was amazing. She was incredibly easy to work with, answer questions and make sure we had a wonderful stay. The property was well kept and the pool fantastic. The location is convenient as well. With planning East Hampton Beach access is easy and while the home is quiet, you are very close to wonderful restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this home and host for anyone.

Wonderful short stay with friends!

We stayed for a short trip, 5 nights, as two couples in August and had a wonderful time! We actually weren’t specifically looking to stay in the Hamptons, we were just after a modern and clean property with a pool and private outdoor space in between Boston and DC where we were meeting from. It so happened this property in the Hamptons checked all the boxes and was available. The beach access nearby was an added bonus! For two couples, the bedrooms and separate bathrooms on opposite sides of the house is an ideal setup, very convenient and private. The open kitchen and living space is great too as we ate in for all our meals and didn’t go out at all. Kaitlin, the host, was very communicative both before and during our stay for questions we had. She also made special arrangements for us for pool cleaning. It rained heavily the day of arrival and a lot of foliage had fallen into the pool. Since we had only a short stay she moved up the cleaner schedule on our inquiry so it was done earlier in our stay. That was much appreciated. We certainly recommend this property to others!

RELAXING AND COMFORTABLE COTTAGE

Our family of 4 stayed here during the off-season. Although the pool was not open, our stay was delightful. An idyllic setting , the house is nestled on a wooded corner lot. A large front patio and back patio with grill makes it a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Easily accessible to E. Hampton and Amagansett, the location is ideal; as is the 5 minute walk to a lovely, quiet beach. Heaven.

Wonderful and Peaceful Beach Escape!!

We needed some relaxing time away from the city and that's exactly what we got with this home. The house is so peaceful, bright, clean, and the decor is exactly what you would want in a beach home. We loved having the pool but even more, access to the private beach was incredible! We went down in the evening to watch the sunset. The host was so helpful and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!
