Every thing was safe, smooth, and relaxing. Wish there was a hot tub as in details at time of booking.

There has never been a hot tub nor has it ever been listed in this booking. It is a great suggestion and may add one eventually. Sorry for any confusion.
Our family stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Gardner-Webb University. The location was great and we enjoyed taking walks in the quiet neighborhood. The house has a nice kitchen to gather in and plenty of space. Great hosts.
Not as clean as it should have been in my opinion. Dust etc Found a raisin on bedside table. Kitchen not stocked like other Vrbo. Plenty of room though.
Overall the stay was great. It could have been a little cleaner but it wasn't bad. Has small hot water heater so you have to wait between showers. Wish it had cleaning supplies and more light in kitchen. With all that said the host was great very responsive. I would definitely stay again. Also in the listing it says hot tub but there is not one which i knew from reading other reviews

Disappointed
We were in town for a friends wedding. The layout of the house fit our needs. The kitchen was big but when we went to cook breakfast the only skillet was rusted and we ended up having to go out. The back patio seating area was covered in leaves and the yard definitely could have used some maintenance. Also, the king bed slept horrible and sounded like it was breaking with even the slightest movement.

I would like to apologize for the leaves on the back porch, as you know you had ask to check in earlier than the check in time, maintenance was scheduled to cut grass the day of your checkin and cleanup the sitting area outside however we do not like to bother guest when they are at the property. As for the bed making sounds, this will most definitely be addressed. I just bought brand new pots and pans but after the last guest, I have no idea of where they went. Cleaning crew reported missing dishes the morning of your checkin so we did not have time to replace missing items, however they have now been replaced once again. Again I am sorry for any inconvenience and hope that you had a safe trip home!
My family and I stayed for a wedding 10 minutes down the road, location of the house was perfect. There were a few things that could have been better. It does look like the house is in the middle of being updated! Which is great, because it has a lot of potential. The master bed sounds like it’s about to fall apart with every move you make. It makes the loudest noise that will wake you up every time.We had to run to the store to get dish soap because there was none! So we left that there for the next guest. There is a soft spot in the middle of the bathtub, it feels like the tub could fall through the floor at any minute! And there is some black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom as well.Again, the house looks like they are trying to update it, so these might be things on the list to be fixed!Side note: The neighbors across the street were having a quinceañera and had the cops called on them for a noise complaint LOL, but with that being said, neither my five-year-old or my one-year-old woke up from the loud music!
We had 6 adults stay and it was very comfortable and spacious. It sits in nice quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book it again when we stay in the area.
The Tin Roof house worked well for our family gathering. The large kitchen and living room provided plenty of space for cooking, eating and visiting for several days. Lack of steps allowed for easy access for seniors.
This was a great place for our work group. We had plenty of room and everything was as listed. Owners were great and very quick to respond to needs. Wish we could have extended our stay.
Overall our stay was great. We weren’t at the property much because we drove to Lake Lure the majority of our time. But every time we came back we felt at home.
After my family’s originally booked location was out of power due to a previous storm Christy was so accommodating with my family! I contacted her that afternoon to see if she could help my family with
