Villa Jane: Beautiful Villa in the Peppertree Community - has a lot to offer. It's a short walk to the community pool. There is a beach cart, rafts, and other beach toys available for use. The relaxing living room extends into the lanai with nice view into the garden scenery. Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva are a short drive away!!! There is even a Trolly bus a short walk away, that brings you to the beach.
Our Townhouse Karen is right next to it, in case you want to bring another family.

Great Place

Villa Jane was an excellent place to stay. The location was fantastic and neighbors wonderful. Andrea, the host for the property was helpful and responded quickly to emails. The property was clean and met our needs. Definitely would stay again

Needs a lot of work

First, the good - very good and responsive property manager and the location near shops, restaurants, and short drive to the beach were great. However, this property needs a ton of work. It had one toilet that didn't work when we got there and another that stopped working shortly into our stay. It has an ant problem in the dining area and master bath. It has really gross carpets in some areas. The beds have old and uncomfortable mattresses. It doesn't have all the networks on the main tv, even with an antenna, so be prepared to purchase your own Hulu Live/live TV service. These are just a few of the concerns I've shared with the property owner.

Iona stay

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The property manager was VERY prompt and helpful. The neighbors were wonderful too. We left early because of the national emergency but we received a very fair rebate. VRBO really came through for us unlike Priceline and our rental car. We hope to return when it is safe to do so. Good job, everyone. My only suggestion was that TV channels were too limited especially when we were hanging on every word from the government.
