Our neighborhood is a quite one. we are located just 15 minutes from South West Florida International airport. Easy ride to Fort Myers, Sanibel;, and Captiva beaches. 1 mile to Edison mall and 2 miles to Bell Tower Shops on US41 miles South. Great restaurants in just .5 miles. recreational parks 4 miles from location and 1.5 miles to the Thomas Edison Estates.

Could be better

This place could be really nice, however it was cleaned very well, there was long black hair in the shower on the floor by the sliding doors and on the drain, there was also, what looked to be urine on the floor around the toilet. Also was some dirty paper towels on the cabinet. There is a strange smell in there, could use some smell good plugins. I took pictures of the hair and urine around toilet.

Quick getaway

Owners were friendly, responsive and the room was exactly what I was looking for. Close to Golf course restaurants, shopping and major routes. I would stay again

Friendly

Friendly and peaceful was the perfect title for the property and the owners. I really enjoyed my stay. It worked out perfectly for what I needed. Edward and Christine were very nice and helpful.

Excellent place to stay for price!

Christine and Edward's cottage is super cute and clean! It was everything we needed for our short stay. We needed a few extra towels and we received them super quick. Any communication was super quick! Would definitely recommend this place, and would stay again! You will not find a better place for the price!!
