Our property is set in 80 acres of unspoiled French countryside and the rural setting means peace and tranquility for you to enjoy your holiday.
From the gîte there are stunning views down over the 1½ acre coarse fishing lake which is included in your booking and well stocked with carp (up to 21lbs), tench, bream, roach etc.
The gite has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds). The master bedroom is en-suite (toilet, basin, shower) and there is a second separate bathroom with toilet, basin & shower.
The fully fitted kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need (including a dishwasher) and overlooks the open-plan dining/sitting room which also benefits from the beautiful views down the field to the lake.
The gite has internet and UK satellite TV, there are French doors from the sitting room to the large, covered terrace which has table & chairs, sun-loungers and a large, purpose-built barbecue. There is also a 25ft pool which is perfect for cooling off in and enjoying the landscape (May - Sept).
Outside the gite has its own garage equipped with washing machine and table tennis table.
You will have the possibility to borrow sheets, bath and hand towels and kitchen and tea towels (for an extra charge: sheets 15€/person - bath towels 5€/person - kitchen and tea towels 3€) and to choose for the cleaning service at the end of your stay (for an additional €100).
