Stylish home with private pool near Aubeterre- sur -Dronne

This is a perfect place to escape with friends or family.
A leisurely stroll along the river will take you to the village of Bonnes where you can buy fresh baguette and pastries or have a drink or a meal at the bar/ restaurant.
With Aubeterre-sur-Dronne just 5 minutes away where you can enjoy the bars and restaurants and boutiques, also the river beach and kayaks, the Sunday market is lovely to watch whilst enjoying oysters and a glass of fizz.
The space
The kitchen/ dining/ living space is spacious, there is a smart tv in the living area. The utility room has a freestanding fridge and freezer, sink, washing machine , downstairs wc.
All the bedrooms have a double bed, the master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with a walk in shower and freestanding bath.
1 of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor with a wet room style bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor with a bathroom containing walk in shower , toilet and a freestanding bath.
There is a further lounge with a tv and corner sofa.
There are electric radiators in each room.
Guest access:
Guests can access the entire property excluding the barns and sheds.
Other things to note:
High chair, baby bouncer , and travel cot with bedding can be provided on request.

Beautiful house near Bonnes

The house is beautiful with a lovely garden & pool. Location was great, close to Aubeterre-sur-Dronne where we enjoyed swimming in the river, kayaking & the festive night market. Debbie & Mark were very welcoming but unobtrusive hosts & were very responsive to questions/queries. Highly recommended.

What an incredible house! We had an incredible stay and were greeted by Debbie and Mark on arrival. They couldn’t have been more welcoming! The house was simply stunning with everything you could possibly need. The photos really don’t do it justice! We cane as 6 adults and had the most amazing time, but will be returning with our families too. I would highly recommend!

Fabulous house, very well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of outside space with plenty seating areas in sun or shade and plenty loungers round the pool. Mosquito nets on many of the windows were a real bonus. Communication with the owners was excellent, very helpful and always replied quickly to any questions. This is one of the best houses we (six adults) have stayed in. Unfortunately, between booking the house and our stay, the local boulangerie had closed which meant a drive to Saint Aulaye in the morning if we wanted fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. Apart from that, everything was just perfect for us.
