Charming 3 *** fully renovated holiday home located in the heart of Moliets golf in the Landes, 500 meters from the wild beach.

It is located in a wooded residence on the site of the "Houses of the golf - Pierre and holidays" proposing various activities and four swimming pools of which one heated.

This house of landaise architecture of 46 m2 consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It also has a terrace with views of the pine forest and the golf course.

On the ground floor :

-An entrance hall with cupboard (wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, steam cleaner, broom)

-A living room with sofa, coffee table, TV, dvd player, bluetooth radio speaker, table with 6 chairs

-A kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher, coffee maker Traditional coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker, food processor and blender.

-A room with 3 beds (90) including a bunk that could be suitable for children


- This accommodation has a capacity of 5 persons and is ideally suited to a family with 3 children. It has an internet box with WIFI and a new generation electric heating system.

NB:

-Rooms have duvets and pillows
-We offer the rental of bed linen (7.5 € per person) and towels (7.5 € per person).
-The accommodation must be clean at the end of the stay. However we put at your disposal the service "household" for the sum of 50 euros.
