Large terrace with garden furniture, swimming pool secured by a rigid curtain 11x5 (salt, chlorine-free).

Capacity of 9 adults and 2 babies.

In the "green" residential area of ​​Beausset, both quiet and very close to the village center (3 minutes walk) where you will find all the amenities (shops, 2 supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, etc.)
Facing south, it benefits from continuous sunshine from morning to evening.

There are 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom each, one bedroom with 2 single beds. and an extra bed for one person in the laundry room, plus a cot for a baby.

The kitchen is fully equipped: traditional oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, ...

IMPORTANT: Friday market day in the village. It is a large market in the Provençal tradition, very picturesque. We advise you to go for a walk (very difficult to park by car).
Sunday morning small market in the main square.
In the center of the village in front of the town hall, a shaded square filled with café terraces where everyone meets at the end of the morning.

Other remarks

Swimming pool :
It is salt therefore chlorine free with an automatic pH regulation system.
It has a rigid safety curtain that allows it to be closed completely for the parents' peace of mind.
In summer, the swimming pool is serviced weekly at the end of the week by a company which has the keys.

Supplements:
Cleaning service (€ 10 / person) and rental of sheets and towels (€ 10 / person) included in the quote.
Heating costs in winter: from November to December 10 € per day or 50 € per week (not included in the quote, to be paid on site)
Pet, € 10 per day (not included in the quote, to be paid on site).
Deposit :
500 € by check or cash (the deposit is returned one week later)
Animals :
We are happy to receive your pets as long as they are well educated. They are not allowed to climb on sofas and beds. You will have to collect their droppings.
Smokers :
Smokers are welcome but should avoid smoking inside and throw their butts in a garbage can.
Respect for the neighborhood
Unfortunately, we cannot accept noisy meetings (bachelorette parties, various parties, etc.) and no parties or celebrations (unless expressly agreed)
