This property is an older condo furnished with nothing too precious but comfortable for beach living including some items to use on the beach, games for inside use, and updated kitchen appliances. Mike, the host, was quick to answer questions and communicated well. The condo is on the beach with a view of the beach from the living room. There is a nice indoor pool for rainy days.

The amenities listed were either not there or not working properly. There was a pool indoors but not working properly. No spa. No other pool. Dishwasher was not properly installed. When we opened the door the entire unit came out from under the cabinet. I was disappointed. The one bathroom had a foul odor making it difficult to use. The toilet in the same bathroom wobbled. One of the living room screens was torn. The unit needs updating. I would not recommend or return. Actually I would like some compensation!! Please contact me further. I didn’t take photos inside the unit.

Not once did tenant notify me of any issues with the condo? There is no mention of a 2 nd pool or spa on the website? If there were any problems with cleansing of the bathrooms or problems with dishwasher why didn't you say something so i could of had it fixed or repaired. PS Don't let the door hit your a. On the way out.

Sunrise on the beach

It was a great place for my husband’s grown children to stay while they visited Maine. Conveniently located by our home, and easy to get to attractions in Portland. Very happy with this rental and would highly recommend it.

Great place on a great beach!

Great rental experience. Communication was excellent and the condo was perfect in every way. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great view from the balcony and secured building. I hope to stay at this condo again!

Relaxing Retreat

We had a relaxing vacation and would definitely go back again. The location and views can't be beat! We just wish the pool was open (I emailed before booking and was told it would be by the time we arrived.) The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a family of four. Can't wait to plan another stay!

Sorry about the pool not being open. I just found out myself , it was scheduled to open April 15 but when they opened it they blew a valve or something and had to wait for repair.

The condo was not ready for quest, bedding in dryer when we arrived. Made our own beds before we could go to bed. Construction of the balcony was noisy and could not use balcony the entire week. Host very responsive to communication. Beach view beautiful from the beach.

The perfect choice

We rented this place for a month as I required some medical treatments in a neighboring town. It could not have been better. The location on the beach, the comfort of the condo both served to make the month more like a vacation then a necessity. Hope to come back again with no medical issues!

Excellent stay!!

Place was great...right on the beach..balcony was perfect for morning cofee and evening relaxation! Only issue we gad was trying to get in door at night but we got it figure out. Michael was a great host and even sent me info on what eas foinf on in town! Would def rent here again. 1 thing I would suggest..get some foam toppers for the single beds, would make a world of difference! .

Seaview Condo @ Old Orchard Beach Maine

Security at the condo facility is very good. However there's a locked outer door that one would not be able to get into if no one was around. We don't smoke but posted rules for the condo complex is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property including balconies and parking lot. The condo was very comfortable and right on the beach. The view was wonderful! We are very pleased with our choice and the location for our daily exploring adventures.
