In the center of Arcachon, quiet, a stone's throw from the beach and shops, close to the train station and the casino, ADORABLE T2 of approximately 45m2, on the 2nd floor with elevator, VERY COMFORTABLE with balcony, small secure individual parking space and bicycle storage.
Comprising: an entrance, a laundry room, a bedroom (1 140X190cm bed/storage space) with west-facing balcony (2 relax armchairs - table with 6 chairs - awning + beach parasol - plancha), a bathroom, an independent equipped kitchen , a living room (120X190cm sofa bed + fireside chair/TV) with dining area.
Baby equipment (travel cot/ swim ring/ booster seat/ changing mat and stroller).
Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency, example: 1 pack 140, sheets + towels = 42€/week.
Optional cleaning package = 60€
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

PRIX DE LOCATION BEAUCOUP TROP ÉLEVÉ POUR CE PETIT APPARTEMENT AVEC CUISINE EXIGUË,
Lampes défectueuses, store roulant chambre bloqué,
Climat de suspicion de l'agence avec caution exorbitante,
Forfait ménage trop cher,
ET PAIEMENT INTEGRAL.AVANT OCCUPATION DE L'APPARTEMENT !....

Mr MOURGUE L'appartement est très souvent loué, et chacun de nos locataires a été pleinement satisfait... sauf vous !!! De plus, malgré vos nombreuses sollicitations pour des problèmes qui n'en étaient pas, nous sommes intervenues sur place à chaque fois : remplacement d'une ampoule, volet roulant pas bloqué, aide à faire fonctionner l'interphone, le lave vaisselle, le canapé lit ... Aussi, sur le ménage, si j'avais su dans quel état vous nous auriez laissé l'appartement (encore des excréments dans les wc, plaids à relaver...photos à l'appui), nous vous aurions compté un plus gros forfait ménage... Le loyer est à payer d'avance intégralement uniquement quand vous passer par un Tour Opérator, si vous aviez réservé directement auprès de l'agence, nous n'aurions pris que 25% d'acompte. Enfin, petit rappel : le dépôt de garantie est pour se prémunir d'éventuelles dégradations des locataires que nous ne connaissons pas, car la valeur du mobilier et des équipements de l'appartement est d'une valeur bien supérieur au DG...
