Apartment 42 m2 fully renovated on the 2nd floor with elevator in quiet street, 50m from shops (bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, scoop, etc. ....) and 100m from the beach.

Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hood, oven, nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, etc ...)

Laundry with storage, washing machine, freezer and microwave.

1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) and a cabin room (bunk beds 80x190).

Shower room, separate WC.

South facing balcony.

A parking space, secure bike room, no WIFI.

The very bright landing is ideally located; you can do everything on foot after parking your car in the parking space of the apartment.
A minute from the apartment you can go shopping (pusher, baker, cheese, scoop, Carrefour market ...)
You will go to the beach on foot in 3 minutes.
The street is very quiet while being in the heart of Le Touquet animations.
Le Touquet is a privileged place where stroll, bike, idleness and art of living are at the rendezvous.

Non smoking apartment and not welcoming animals.

Appartement au top, propre fonctionnel et très bien situé. Très bon moment passé avec nos petites filles. Nous le conseillons. Le parking est vraiment un plus.

Jolie location, bien rénovée à deux pas de la mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est petit mais fonctionnel et rénové avec goût. Il ne manquait qu’une connexion internet au bonheur de toute la petite famille mais pour une semaine on a fait sans. Nous y retournerons sûrement pour un prochain séjour au Touquet. Merci !

Appt confortable et très bienn situé

location conforme à l'annonce. Appt très confortable, décoration moderne, cuisine très bien équipée, literie confortable. Très bonne situation entre mer et commerces de la rue de Metz. Le parking dans la cour est un plus, surtout en juillet et août.
